Description
Claims (8)
- 압전기판;상기 압전기판상에 형성되어 있고, 복수의 IDT 전극과 제1, 제2의 단자를 갖는 제1의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터; 및상기 압전기판상에 형성되어 있고, 복수의 IDT 전극과 제3, 제4의 단자를 갖는 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터;를 구비하고,적어도 통과 대역 내에 있어서, 동일 신호를 상기 제1의 단자 및 제3의 단자에 입력했을 때에, 상기 제2의 단자로부터 출력되는 신호와, 제4의 단자로부터 출력되는 신호와의 위상차가 거의 180°이며,상기 제1, 제3의 단자가 공통 접속되어 불평형 단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 제2, 제4의 단자가, 각각 제1, 제2의 평형 단자로 되어 있는 평형-불평형 변환기능을 갖는 탄성파 필터장치에 있어서,상기 제1의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터에 있어서의 탄성파의 전파방향과,상기 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터에 있어서의 탄성파의 전파방향이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1의 평형 단자로부터 출력되는 필터 파형의 통과 대역에 있어서의 삽입손실과, 상기 제2의 평형 단자로부터 출력되는 필터 파형의 통과 대역에 있어서 의 삽입손실과의 차이가 ±1dB 이하가 되도록, 상기 제1의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터의 탄성파의 전파방향과, 상기 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터의 탄성파의 전파방향이 다르게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터 중, 복수의 IDT에 있어서의 IDT-IDT간에서의 탄성파의 수취 여진이 보다 강하게 생기는 측의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터의 전기기계 결합계수가, 다른쪽의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터의 전기기계 결합계수보다도 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터 중 적어도 한쪽이 탄성 표면파 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터 중 적어도 한쪽이 탄성 경계파 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 압전기판이 LiNbO3로 이루어지고,상기 압전기판상에 있어서 상기 IDT를 덮도록 유전체막이 형성되어 있으며,상기 LiNbO3 기판의 오일러각의 Φ 및 θ가, -31°≤Φ≤31°이면서 90°≤θ≤130°의 범위에 있고,상기 제1, 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성파 필터에 있어서, 오일러각의 Ψ가, 0°≤Ψ≤60°의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 IDT가, Al, Ti, Pt, Fe, Ni, Cr, Cu, Ag, W, Ta 및 Au로 이루어지는 군에서 선택한 금속 혹은 상기 금속을 주체로 하는 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유전체막이, SiO2, SiN, 수정, LBO, 랑가사이트, 랑가나이트 및 유리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택한 한 종의 유전체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파 필터장치.
