Claims (17)
- 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 방수 가공 라미네이트는 제 1 표면과 제 2 표면을 갖춘 주 기재 및 접착 표면과 노출 표면을 갖춘 제 2 기재를 포함하며,상기 제 2 기재의 접착 표면 및 노출 표면은 방수 가공 재료로 처리되며,a) 용용점이 높은 수분 경화 폴리우레탄 접착 조성물을 접착 지지 표면을 형성하도록 주 기재의 제 1 표면상에 적용하는 단계, 및b) 상기 주 기재의 접착물 지지 표면을 라미네이트를 형성하도록 제 2 기재의 접착 표면과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 접착 조성물은 약 20,000g/몰 이하의 중량의 평균 분자량을 갖는 용융점이 높은 수분 경화 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를 포함하고, 프레폴리머는 폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물이며, 상기 폴리올 성분은 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드, 1,4-부틸렌 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 모노머로 부터 형성된 제 1 폴리에테르 폴리올 ; 약 40℃ 이하의 용융점을 갖는 제 1 폴리에스테르 폴리올 ; 및 약 40℃ 내지 120℃의 용융점을 갖는 결정형 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올 성분이 평균 분자량이 약 500g/몰 내지 약 6,000g/몰인 결정형 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 폴리에테르 폴리올이 프로필렌 옥사이드의 호모폴리머이거나 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 에틸렌 옥사이드의 코폴리머이고, 상기 폴리올의 평균 분자량이 약 500g/몰 내지 약 4,000g/몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착 조성물의 점도가 90℃에서 약 2,000cps 내지 약 8,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주 기재가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수 지(TPU), 폴리에스테르, 또는 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택된 열가소성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기재가 직물, 부직포 섬유, 코튼, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 라미네이트가 세척 내성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 방수 가공 라미네이트는 제 1 표면 및 제 2 표면을 갖는 주 기재 및 접착 표면과 노출 표면을 갖춘 제 2 기재를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 제 2 기재의 접착 표면 및 노출 표면은 방수 가공 재료로 처리되며,a) 용융점이 높은 수분 경화 폴리우레탄 접착 조성물을, 접착 지지 표면을 형성하도록 주 기재의 제 1 표면에 적용하는 단계 ; 및b) 상기 주 기재의 접착 지지 표면을, 라미네이트를 형성하도록 제 2 기재의 접착 표면과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 접착 조성물은 약 20,000g/몰 이하의 평균 분자량을 갖는 용융점이 높 은 수분 경화 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를 구비하고, 상기 프레폴리머는 폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물이고, 상기 폴리올 성분은 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드, 1,4-부틸렌 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 모노머로 부터 형성된 제 1 폴리에테르 폴리올 ; 약 200g/몰 내지 약 1,000g/몰의 평균 분자량을 갖는 제 2 폴리에테르 폴리올 ; 및 약 40℃ 내지 120℃의 용융점을 갖는 결정형 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.

- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 라미네이트가 수증기 투과성이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라 미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 라미네이트가 세척 내성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 가공 라미네이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 라미네이트.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 라미네이트.
- 제 14 항의 라미네이트를 포함하는 가먼트.
- 제 15 항의 라미네이트를 포함하는 가먼트.
