Claims (7)
- 하면에 복수의 위치결정용 오목부을 병설한 베이스와, 침상 금속재를 2개로 절곡하여 압접하는 형상을 가지며, 적어도 하나의 자유단부를 상기 베이스로부터 돌출하도록 상기 위치결정용 오목부에 위치결정하는 접속단자와, 상기 베이스의 하면에 첩착 일체화하여 상기 접속단자를 상기 베이스에 고정하는 테이프형상 커버와, 양측단면으로부터 동일 축심상에 돌설한 한 쌍의 회동축부를 상기 베이스에 회동 가능하게 지지하고, 상기 접속단자의 자유단부의 하나를 들어올리는 조작 레버로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,접속단자의 절곡부의 부근을 코킹하여 형성한 회동 지점을, 베이스의 위치결정용 오목부 내에 마련한 기준면에 맞닿게 하여 위치결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,베이스의 양측단면으로부터 동일 방향으로 평행하게 한 쌍의 탄성 암부를 연재하고, 상기 탄성 암부의 선단부에 마련한 축받이부에 조작 레버의 회동축부를 회동 가능하게 각각 계합한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,베이스의 양측단면으로부터 동일 방향으로 평행하게 한 쌍의 탄성 암부를 연재하고, 상기 탄성 암부의 선단부에 마련한 축받이부에 조작 레버의 회동축부를 회동 가능하게 각각 계합한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,탄성 암부의 선단면에, 조작 레버의 조립을 용이하게 하는 테이퍼면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 4항에 있어서,탄성 암부의 선단면에, 조작 레버의 조립을 용이하게 하는 테이퍼면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,베이스의 양측단면에 계합, 고정하는 지지금구에, 조작 레버의 회동축부를 회동 가능하게 감합한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
