Claims (33)
- 혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산(volumetric enumeration)를 위한 샘플 획득 장치로서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는,혈액 샘플을 수용하는 측정 캐비티로서, 상기 측정 캐비티는 미리 정해진 고정된 두께를 갖는, 측정 캐비티;상기 측정 캐비티를 한정하는 표면 상에 건조된 형태로 이루어지는 시약으로서, 상기 시약은 혈액 샘플 내의 적혈구를 용해하기 위한 용혈제 및 선택적으로 혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구를 염색하기 위한 염색제를 포함하는, 시약을 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는 상기 측정 캐비티를 한정하는 2개의 평평한 표면을 갖는 바디 부재를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 평평한 표면은 미리 정해진 거리만큼 상호 이격되어 광학적 측정을 위한 샘플 두께를 한정하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 측정 캐비티는 50~170마이크로미터의 균등한 두께를 갖는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 측정 캐비티는 100마이크로미터 이상의 균등한 두께를 갖는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 측정 캐비티는 150마이크로미터 이하의 균등한 두께를 갖는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시약은, 휘발성 액체 내에 용해된 표면에 적용되었던 것으로 상기 휘발성 액체가 증발되어 건조된 형태로 남은 것인,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 염색제는 선택적으로 백혈구 핵을 염색하도록 이루어지는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 염색제는 헤마톡실린(Hematoxylin), 메틸렌 블루(Methylene blue), 메틸렌 그린(Methylene green), 메틸렌 아주르(Methylene azure), 크레실 바이올릿 아세트산(cresyl violet acetate), 톨루딘 블루(Toluidine blue), 젠티안 바이올릿(Gentian violet), 수단 아날로그(Sudan analogues), 갈로시아닌(Gallocyanine), 및 푸쉰 아날로그로(Fuchsin analogues)로 이루어진 그룹 중 어느 하나 또는 그 조합을 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용혈제는 제4급암모늄염(quaternary ammonium salt), 사포닌(saponin), 담즙산(bile acid), 디기톡신(digitoxin), 뱀독(snake venom), 글루코다노시드(glucopyranoside), 또는 트리톤(Triton) 타입의 비이온화 침투제(non-ionic detergent)인,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는, 상기 샘플 획득 장의 외측에서 상기 측정 캐비티와 소통하는 샘플 입구를 더 포함하며, 상기 입구는 혈액 샘플을 획득하도록 이루어지는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는 일회용인,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 샘플 획득 장치.
- 혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법에 있어서,샘플 획득 장치의 측정 캐비티 내에 혈액 샘플을 획득하는 단계로서, 상기 측정 캐비티는 샘플과 반응하는 염색제 및 용혈제를 포함하는 시약을 유지하여 백혈구가 염색되는, 혈액 샘플 획득 단계;상기 염색된 백혈구를 구비한 샘플을 방사하는 단계;상기 측정 캐비티 내에 방사된 샘플의 확대된 디지털 이미지를 획득하는 단계로서, 백혈구는 염색제의 선택적인 염색으로 구분되는, 디지털 이미지 획득 단계; 및백혈구를 구분하고 샘플 내의 백혈구 개수를 결정하도록 디지털 이미지를 디지털 분석하는 단계를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 측정 캐비티 내의 상기 시약과 혈액 샘플이 혼합되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 측정 캐비티의 두께는 50~170마이크로미터이며, 상기 디지털 이미지는 상기 측정 캐비티의 두께에 적어도 상응하는 심도(depth of field)로 획득되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 분석되는 샘플의 부피는 측정 캐비티의 두께 및 이미징되는 샘플의 영역에 의해 정의되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 샘플은 상기 염색제의 흡수 피크에 상응하는 파장의 빛에 의해 방사되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방사는 레이저 공급원에 의해 이루어지는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방사는 발광 다이오드(LED)에 의해 이루어지는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디지털 이미지는 3~200x, 보다 바람직하게는 3~10x 확대 파워를 사용하여 획득되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분석 단계는, 상기 디지털 이미지 내의 높은 광흡 영역(high light absorption area)을 구분하는 단계를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 분석 단계는 상기 디지털 이미지 내의 흑점(black dot)을 구분하는 단계를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분석 단계는 상기 획득된 디지털 이미지를 전기적으로 확대하는 단계를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산 방법.
- 혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 시스템으로서, 상기 시스템은,제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 샘플 획득 장치, 및측정 기기로서, 상기 측정 기기는,상기 측정 캐비티 내에 혈액 샘플을 유지하며, 상기 샘플 획득 장치를 수용하도록 이루어진 샘플 획득 장치 홀더,혈액 샘플을 방사하도록 이루어진 광공급원,이미징 시스템으로서, 상기 이미징 시스템은 상기 측정 캐비티 내에 방사된 상기 샘플의 확대된 디지털 이미지를 획득하기 위한 디지털 이미지 획득 수단 및 확대 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 염색제의 선택적 염색에 의해 상기 디지털 이미지 내에서 백혈구가 구분되는, 이미징 시스템, 및백혈구를 구분하고 혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 개수를 결정하기 위하여 상기 획득된 디지털 이미지를 분석하도록 이루어진 이미지 분석기를 포함하는, 측정 기기를 포함하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 시스템.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,상기 확대 시스템이, 상기 샘플 획득 장치의 상기 측정 캐비티의 적어도 두께의 심도로 이루어지는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 시스템.
- 제 24 항 또는 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 분석된 부피는 상기 이미징되는 샘플의 영역 및 측정 케비티의 두께에 의해 정의되는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 시스템.
- 제 24 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광공급원은 상기 염색제의 흡수 피크에 상응하는 파장의 빛을 방사하는,혈액 샘플 내의 백혈구 부피 측정 계산를 위한 시스템.
