- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기용매가 화학식 2의 니트릴 화합물 1g 중량에 대하여 2 내지 6 ㎖의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아지드화나트륨이 화학식 2의 니트릴 화합물 1 몰 당량에 대하여 1 내지 5몰 당량의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,트리에틸아민 염산염이 아지드화나트륨의 1 몰 당량에 대하여 1 내지 1.5 몰 당량의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,물이 유기용매 1 ㎖ 부피에 대하여 1.5 내지 3.5 ㎖의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세톤이 유기용매 1 ㎖ 부피에 대하여 0.5 내지 3.5 ㎖ 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
