Claims (3)
- 다음 공정으로 이루어지는 열간 성형강 제품의 제조 방법:강판을 가열하여 오스테나이트화하고,상기 오스테나이트화된 강판을 마르텐사이트 변태 개시 온도 Ms 이하의 온도 범위까지 평균 냉각 속도 20℃/초 이상으로 냉각하고,냉각후의 상기 강판을 열간 성형하여 열간 성형강 제품을 얻는다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉각된 상기 강판을 Ac1 변태점 이상의 온도로 가열한 후 열간 성형하는, 열간 성형강 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강판이, C: 0.10 내지 0.35%(질량%의 의미, 이하 동일), Mn: 2% 이하, Si: 0.1 내지 3.0%, Al: 0.01 내지 0.5%, Ti: 0.001 내지 0.05%, B: 0.005% 이하, P: 0.03% 이하, 및 S: 0.02% 이하를 각각 함유하는, 열간 성형강 제품의 제조 방법.
