Abstract
【解決手段】 鋼板を熱間で成形して成形品を得るために用いる鋼板を製造するに当り、鋼板を加熱してオーステナイト化した後、該鋼板をマルテンサイト変態開始温度Ms以下の温度範囲まで平均冷却速度20℃/秒以上で冷却するものであり、こうして得られたものである熱間成形品用鋼板をAc1変態点以上の温度に加熱した後、熱間で成形することによって良好な熱間成形品が得られる。

Description
試験片A:上記円形ブランクに対して熱処理をしないもの(上記圧延および焼鈍した だけのもの:従来材)
試験片B:900℃の温度に加熱してオーステナイト化した後、水冷して(平均冷却 速度:20℃/s)300℃まで冷却したもの(本発明材)
試験片C:900の温度に加熱してオーステナイト化した後、強制空冷によって(平 均冷却速度:10℃/s)300℃まで冷却したもの(比較材)

しわ押さえ力:3トン
ダイ肩半径rd:5mm
パンチ肩半径rp:5mm
パンチ−ダイ間クリアランスCL:[1.32/2+1.4(鋼板厚さ)]mm
成形高さ:37mm
潤滑剤:酸化Ca系のペースト状固体潤滑剤を使用し、金型に塗布した。

Claims (3)
- 鋼板を熱間で成形して成形品を得るために用いる鋼板を製造するに当り、鋼板を加熱してオーステナイト化した後、該鋼板をマルテンサイト変態開始温度Ms以下の温度範囲まで平均冷却速度20℃/秒以上で冷却することを特徴とする熱間成形品用鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1の方法によって得られたものである熱間成形品用鋼板。
- 請求項2に記載の鋼板をAc1変態点以上の温度に加熱した後、熱間で成形したものであることを特徴とする熱間成形品。
