Claims (12)
- 전이금속 주위에 시클로펜타디엔 유도체 및 오르토( ortho -) 위치에 아릴 유도체가 치환된 아릴옥사이드 리간드를 두 개 포함하고, 리간드 상호간 가교되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 비스-아릴아릴옥시계 전이금속 촉매:[화학식 1]상기 식에서, M은 주기율표 상 4 족의 전이금속이고;Cp는 중심 금속과 η5-결합할 수 있는 시클로펜타디에닐 또는 그 유도체이며;아릴페녹사이드 리간드 상의 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 및 R9은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자가 임의로 치환된 C1-C20의 선형 또는 비선형 알킬기, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자가 임의로 치환된 C1-C20의 선형 또는 비선형 알킬기를 포함하는 실릴기, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자가 임의로 치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자가 임의로 치환된 C7-C30 아릴알킬기, 하나 이상의 할로겐원자가 임의로 치환된 C1-C20의 알킬기를 가진 알콕 시기, C3-C20의 알킬기, 또는 C6-20의 아릴 치환 실록시기, C1-C20의 탄화수소기를 가진 아미도기 또는 포스피니도기, 또는 C1-C20 알킬 치환 머캡토기 또는 니트로기이고, 이들 치환기는 서로 임의로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수도 있고;X는 할로겐 원자, Cp 유도체가 아닌 C1-C20의 알킬기, C7-C30의 아릴알킬기, C1-C20의 알킬기를 가진 알콕시기, C3-C20 알킬치환 실록시기, 및 C1-C20의 탄화수소기를 가진 아미도기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Cp는 중심 금속과 η5-결합할 수 있는 시클로펜타디엔 음이온 또는 그 유도체로서, 시클로펜타디에닐 또는 펜타메틸시클로펜타디에닐 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스-아릴아릴옥시계 전이금속 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아릴아릴옥사이드 리간드 중 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 및 R9 은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 메틸기, 이소프로필기 중에서 선택되거나 또는 둘 이상이 동시에 선택 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스-아릴아릴옥시계 전이금속 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, X는 염소 원자, 메틸기, 메톡시기, 이소프로폭시기 또는 디메틸아미노기에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스-아릴아릴옥시계 전이금속 촉매.

- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 알루미녹산 조촉매는 메틸알미녹산으로 중심금속: 알루미늄의 몰비가 1:50 ~ 1:5,000로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조용 비스-아릴아릴옥시 촉매계.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 붕소 화합물 조촉매는 N,N-디메틸아닐리니움 테트라키스펜타플루오르페닐보레이트, 및 트리페닐메틸리니움 테트라키스펜타플루오르페닐보레이트에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조용 비스-아릴아릴옥시 촉매계.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 붕소화합물 조촉매는 중심금속: 붕소원자: 알루미늄원자의 몰비가 1:0.5~5:25~500이 되도록 알루미녹산 또는 유기알킬알루미늄을 추가로 혼합하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조용 비스-아릴아릴옥시 촉매계.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 알루미녹산은 메틸알루미녹산이고, 상기 유기알킬알루미늄은 트리에틸알루미늄 또는 트리이소부틸알루미늄으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조용 비스-아릴아릴옥시 촉매계.
- 상기 제 6항에 따른 비스-아릴아릴옥시 촉매계를 이용한 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체 제조방법으로서,상기 에틸렌과 중합되는 공단량체는 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 1-데센으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, 상기 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체 중 에틸렌 함량은 60 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 비스-아릴아릴옥시계 전이금속 촉매를 이용한 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조방법에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 단량체의 반응계 내의 압력은 10~150 기압이고, 중합 반응 온도 는 80~250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체의 제조방법.
