Claims (6)
- 실린더 헤드 하면, 실린더 및 피스톤 윗면에 의해 형성된 연소실과,상기 피스톤의 정상면에 오목하게 마련되고, 저면이 한쪽의 연부로부터 다른쪽의 연부를 향하여 하방으로 경사함과 함께, 해당 저면의 주연에 상방을 향하여 경사한 벽면이 형성된 캐비티와,상기 실린더 헤드 하면의 상기 한쪽의 연부측에 마련되고, 상기 연소실 내로 연료를 직접 분사하는 인젝터와,상기 실린더 헤드 하면의 상기 다른쪽의 연부측에 마련되고, 전극부가 해당 인젝터로부터 분사되는 연료 분사 영역중 또는 해당 연료 분사 영역 부근에 위치하는 점화 플러그를 구비하고,상기 저면의 중앙부로부터 상기 한쪽의 연부를 향하여 주위보다도 솟아오른 볼록부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인젝터는, 상기 점화 플러그의 전극부측 및 상기 캐비티에 연료를 분사하도록 지향하여 있고, 또한 해당 인젝터로부터 분사되는 연료를 상기 점화 플러그측으로 치우치도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 인젝터는, 해당 인젝터로부터 분사되는 연료가 상기 캐비티로 안내되어 상기 점화 플러그에 공급되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 인젝터는 상기 연소실을 형성하는 상기 실린더 헤드 하면의 개략 중앙부에 마련되고, 상기 점화 플러그는 해당 연소실 해당 실린더 헤드 하면의 개략 중앙부에 해당 인젝터에 인접하여 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 볼록부는, 해당 볼록부 이외의 상기 저면의 오목부분이 윗면을 보아 개략 U자 형상이 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
- 제 1항 및 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 캐비티는, 개구 면적이 상기 인젝터측으로부터 상기 점화 플러그측을 향하여 좁게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사형 불꽃 점화식 내연기관.
