Claims (5)
- 폐차 해체시스템에 있어서,처음 차량 입고부터 마지막 차체 압축까지의 각 해체공정을 수행하기 위한 공정별 설비들을 다층 구조로 배치하여 설치하고, 수직방향 층별 차량이동은 차량 적재용 엘리베이터에 의해 진행되며, 각 층 내 공정별 이동은 컨베이어시스템에 의해 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조로 배치된 공정별 설비들은 원형 건축물 안에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 해체공정을 수행하기 위한 공정별 설비들이,차량입고(0단계) →액상류 회수(1단계) →폭발위험부품 제거 및 재사용가능 부품 회수(2단계) →내/외장부품 회수(3단계) →엔진/배기계/샤시부품 회수(4단계) →차체압축 및 파쇄(5단계) 공정의 설비 순으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 다층구조의 원형건축물은 2층 구조이고, 상기 0단계 및 5단계는 하부 층에서 진행되고, 상기 1단계 내지 4단계는 상부 층에 진행되어 각 해체공정들이 유기적으로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체시스템.
- 폐차 해체방법에 있어서,차량입고(0단계) →액상류 회수(1단계) →폭발위험부품 제거 및 재사용가능 부품 회수(2단계) →내/외장부품 회수(3단계) →엔진/배기계/샤시부품 회수(4단계) →차체압축 및 파쇄(5단계)까지의 각 해체공정을 수행하기 위한 공정별 설비들을 다층 구조로 배치하여 설치하되, 상기 0단계 및 5단계는 하부 층에서 진행되고, 상기 1단계 내지 4단계는 상부 층에 진행되어 각 해체공정들이 유기적으로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체방법.
