Description
Claims (20)
- 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법으로서,UV잉크를 사용한 잉크제트에 의해 평면 원판에 UV잉크 화상을 인쇄하는 제1 공정과,상기 UV잉크 화상을 인쇄하면서, 또는 인쇄 직후에 UV 또는 전자빔에 의한 조사를 행하여 UV잉크 화상을 반건조 상태로 하는 제2 공정과,이 반건조 상태의 UV잉크 화상을 탄성 블랭킷 표면에 전사하는 제3 공정과,이 탄성 블랭킷에 전사한 상기 UV잉크 화상을 피인쇄체로 오프셋 인쇄하는 제4 공정과,상기 오프셋 인쇄된 UV잉크 화상을 건조 정착하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄성 블랭킷은, 평면 탄성 블랭킷인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 블랭킷은, 곡면 탄성 블랭킷 또는 롤형 탄성 블랭킷인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에 있어서의 UV잉크 는, 점도가 30℃에서 3 ~ 100mPaS인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에 있어서의 반건조 상태의 UV잉크의 점도가, 표준 UV잉크 25℃에서 0.1 ~ 300㎩S에 상당하는 점도인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에 있어서의 UV잉크의 조사 조건은, 출력 W가 0.1 ~ 0.5KW/㎝, 조사 시간 t가 0.5 ~ 5sec이고, 상기 인쇄된 UV잉크 화상이 반건조 상태가 되는 조건인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에 있어서의 UV 또는 전자빔의 조사 조건은, 실용적 척도로서 통상의 UV잉크에 의한 인쇄 화상의 완전건조 조사 조건의 1/2 ~ 1/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 블랭킷 재질은, 실리콘 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크제트에 사용하는 잉크가 도전성(導電性) 잉크 또는 유기 EL을 함유하는 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 기재한 잉크제트 방식을 이용한 오프셋 인쇄 방법에 의해 표면 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 자동차 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 자동차용 핸들 또는 내외장 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 전자기기의 외장 부재 또는 내장 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전자기기의 외장 부재가 휴대전화기의 외장 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전자기기의 내장 부재가 전기회로를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 장식품인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 장식품이 안경 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 안테나인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 유기 EL체인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄체가 전자파 실드체인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄체.
