Claims (4)
- 전원에 의해 여자되는 1상의 여자 코일, 및 자속밀도의 변화를 전압으로서 출력하는 2상의 출력 코일을 갖는 리졸버 고정자와,이 리졸버 고정자의 중심부에 마련되고, 회전에 수반하여, 상기 리졸버 고정자와의 사이의 갭 퍼미언스를 상기 리졸버 고정자와 협동하여 변화시키는 리졸버 회전자와,상기 2상의 상기 출력 코일중 다음 식, 즉,Scos=K·E·sinωt·cos(θ)Ssin=K·E·sinωt·sin(θ)(여기서, K는 변압비, E는 상기 전원에 의해 상기 여자 코일에 생기는 상기 여자 전압, ω는 상기 여자 코일을 상기 전원에 의해 여자하여 생긴 여자 신호의 각속도, t는 시간, θ는 전기각)으로 얻어지는 제 1의 출력 코일로부터 출력되는 출력 신호(Scos), 제 2의 출력 코일로부터 출력되는 출력 신호(Ssin) 각각의 진폭으로부터 얻어지는 원형의 리사주 파형에 있어서의 리사주 반경의 값을 이용하여, 리졸버의 각도 검출 오차를 보정하는 검출 오차 보정 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 리졸버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각도 검출 오차의 오차 진폭(A), 오차 진폭(B), 오차 위상(C)은 상기 리사주 반경의 최고치(MAX), 최저치(MIN), 리사주 반경의 최소치의 전기각(θm)으로 하여, 다음 식, 즉오차 진폭(A)=2×sin-1{(MAX-MIN)/(2×(MAX+MIN))}오차 진폭(B)=2×sin-1{(MAX-MIN)/(2×(MAX+MIN))}오차 위상(C)=θm으로 구하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리졸버.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 리졸버 회전자는, 전동 파워 스티어링 장치에 조립된 모터의 샤프트의 단부에 압입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리졸버.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 검출 오차 보정 수단은, 상기 모터의 구동을 제어하는 ECU(Electronic Control Unit)에 마련되고, ECU에 입력된 상기 출력 신호(Scos) 및 상기 출력 신호(Ssin)에 의거하여, 상기 리졸버의 상기 각도 검출 오차를 산출하고, 이 각도 검출 오차의 보정 데이터를 격납함과 함께, 이 보정 데이터에 의거하여 상기 리졸버의 각도 검출 오차를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리졸버.
