Claims (5)
- 디클로로메탄(MC) 중에서 화학식 2의 화합물을 염화철의 존재 하에 화학식 3의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 화학식 1의 하이드로퀴논 유도체를 제조하는 방법:[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 1]상기 식에서R1 은 메틸, 메톡시메틸, 에톡시메틸 또는 벤질을 나타내고,R2 및 R3 은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-알콕시를 나타내거나, 이들이 부착되어 있는 탄소원자와 함께 벤젠환을 형성할 수 있으며,R4는 할로겐에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 C1-C4-알킬을 나타내거나, 니트로에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소를 나타내고,X 는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염화철을 화학식 2의 화합물을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 1.0당량 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 초산의 존재 하에 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X가 클로로인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응온도가 38℃ 내지 45℃에서 가열 환류하는 방법.
