Claims (16)
- 하기와 같은, 그의 외부 표면의 전부 또는 일부가 미세결정성 폴리아미드로부터 형성되고 특정 표면 마감을 갖는 물체를 수득하기 위한 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 용도:
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 투명도가 88% 초과인 용도.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 결정도는 10% 초과 30% 미만 (40℃/분에서의 ISO 11357 에 따른 제 1 DSC 가열) 이고, 용융 엔탈피는 25 J/g 초과 75 J/g 미만 (40℃/분에서의 ISO 11357 에 제 1 DSC 가열) 이 되도록 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 Tg (유리 전이 온도) 는 40℃ 내지 90℃ 이고, 그의 Tm (용융점) 은 150℃ 내지 200℃ 가 되도록 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드가 단량체의 50 중량% 이상이 ≥C9 (즉, 탄소수 9 이상) 단량체가 되도록 이러한 단량체의 사슬-연결로부터 생성되도록 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드가 코폴리아미드, 주로 코폴리아미드를 기재로 하는 조성물 또는 미세결정성 폴리아미드가 매트릭스 구성성분인 것들을 나타내는 용도.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드 조성물이 합금, 블렌드 또는 복합체, 가소제, 안정화제, 안료 또는 염료, 미네랄 충전재, 및 상용성이거나 제 3 성분에 의해 상용성이 된 기타 혼화성 중합체를 포함하는 조성물일 수 있는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드가 하기를 중량 기준으로 총 100% 가 되도록 포함하는 투명 조성물인 용도:▷ 지환족 디아민 및 지방족 디아민으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 디아민, 및 지환족 2 산 및 지방족 2 산으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 2 산 (상기 디아민 또는 2 산 단위 중 하나 이상은 지환족임),▷ 또는 지환족 α,Ω-아미노카르복실산,▷ 또는 이들 두 가지 가능한 것들의 조합물, 및▷ 임의로는 α,Ω-아미노-카르복실산 또는 가능한 대응 락탐, 지방족 2 산 및 지방족 디아민으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체;
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드가 하기를 중량 기준으로 총 100 % 가 되도록 포함하는 투명 조성물인 방법:5 내지 40 % 의, 본질적으로 하나 이상의 임의로 지환족인 디아민, 하나 이상의 방향족 2 산 및 임의로는 하기로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체의 축합으로부터 생성되는 무정형 폴리아미드 (B):α,Ω-아미노카르복실산,지방족 2 산,지방족 디아민;
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 (A) 가 PA-11 또는 PA-12 인 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 수득되고 상기 미세결정성 폴리아미드로부터 제조된 물체, 또는 그의 외부 표면의 전부 또는 일부가 특정 표면 마감을 나타내는 이러한 미세결정성 폴리아미드로 이루어진 물체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드를, 필요시 연결층 (tie) 에 의해, 제 2 중합체층과 조합시키는 용도
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 중합체가 바람직하게는 용융된 제 3 중합체와 성질이 동일하거나 이에 부착될 수 있으며, 상기 제 3 중합체는 후속적으로 (또는 그밖에) 가장 특별하게는 오버몰딩 단계 동안 제 2 중합체와 조합되는 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 제 2 중합체가 PEBA, TPU, PE, PP, ABS, PC, 610, 612, 11, 12 PA, C9 PA 및 코폴리아미드, PA 합금, 폴리프탈아미드, 투명 무정형 PA 및 PMMA 로부터 선택되는 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 엔탈피가 25 J/g 초과 (40℃/분 에서 ISO 11357 에 따른 제 1 DSC 가열) 이고, 미세결정성 폴리아미드의 투명도가 두께 1 mm 의 연마된 물체에 대한 560 nm 에서의 광 투과율이 80% 초과, 유리하게는 88% 초과가 되도록 하고, 상기 투명도는 사출 성형, 시트 압출 및 캘린더링과 같은 통상의 가공법에 의해 수득된 물체에 대해 측정된 것인 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 금속성 외관을 갖는 소량의 안료를 미세결정성 중합체에, 그것이 여전히 투명하게 유지되도록 분산시키는 용도.
