Description
a)ラクタムないし少なくとも10個のC原子を有するアミノカルボン酸から得ることができるポリアミド 最大90質量部;及び
b)PA1010 10〜100質量部;
を含有するが、但し、成分a)及びb)は補い合って100質量部である、ポリアミド成形材料の使用により解決することができた。印刷可能であるか又は印刷された物品は、可能な実施態様において単層又は多層のフィルムである。しかしながら、射出成形された部材並びにブロー成形により製造された中空体も、原則的には例えば熱拡散法による印刷に適している。
1.多層フィルムは、ポリアミドエラストマー成形材料、特にポリエーテルアミド又はポリエーテルエステルアミド、及び有利に、6〜18個、有利に6〜12個のC原子を有する直鎖脂肪族ジアミン、6〜18個、有利に6〜12個のC原子を有する直鎖脂肪族又は芳香族ジカルボン酸、及び酸素原子1個当たり平均で2.3個を上回るC原子と200〜2000のポリエーテルブロックの数平均分子量とを有するポリエーテルをベースとするポリエーテルアミド又はポリエーテルエステルアミドから成る他の層を含む。前記層の成形材料は、他のブレンド成分、例えば、カルボキシル−ないしカルボン酸無水基又はエポキシ基を有するポリアクリラート又はポリグルタルイミド、官能基を含むゴム及び/又はポリアミドを含んでよい。このような成形材料は先行技術であり;例えばEP1329481A2及びDE−OS10333005に記載されており、これらはここで明確に引用される。良好な層付着性を保証するために、ここで、ポリアミドエラストマーのポリアミド分が、別の層の成分a)又はb)において使用されているのと同一のモノマーから構成されている場合が有利である。
PA1010の製造のために、200−l−撹拌型オートクレーブに以下の出発物質を装入した:
1,10−デカンジアミン(89.5%の水溶液として) 35.976kg
セバシン酸 38.251kg、並びに
次亜リン酸の50%水溶液(0.006質量%に相当) 8.5g
出発物質を窒素雰囲気中で溶融させ、撹拌下に密閉オートクレーブ中で約220℃に加熱し、その際、内部圧力を約20バールに調節した。この内部圧力を2時間維持し;その後、溶融物を連続的に標準圧力に放圧しながら更に270℃に加熱し、その後、窒素流中でこの温度で1.5時間維持した。引き続き、3時間以内で気圧に放圧し、更に、トルクによってもはや溶融物粘度の上昇が示されなくなるまで3時間溶融物に窒素を導通した。その後、溶融物を歯車ポンプを用いて排出し、ストランドとして造粒した。粒質物を24時間窒素下で80℃で乾燥させた。
生成物は以下の物性値を有していた:
微結晶融点Tm:192℃及び204℃
溶融エンタルピー:78J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:1.76
実施例2:
同一の反応器中で実施例1を以下の出発材料を用いて繰り返した:
1,10−デカンジアミン(89.5%の水溶液として) 35.976kg
セバシン酸 38.251kg、並びに
次亜リン酸の50%水溶液(0.006質量%に相当) 8.5g
収量:63kg
生成物は以下の物性値を有していた:
微結晶融点Tm:191℃及び203℃
溶融エンタルピー:73J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:1.81
相対溶液粘度を2.23に上昇させるために、粒質物排出分を、ジャケット温度165℃でタンブル乾燥機中で24時間窒素導通下で固相中で後凝縮させた。
コポリアミドをラウリンラクタム80モル%及びカプロラクタム20モル%から先行技術に従って製造した。相対溶液粘度ηrelは1.9であった。
微結晶融点Tm:158℃
溶融エンタルピー:46J/g
比較例2:
コポリアミドを、ラウリンラクタム80モル%と、ヘキサメチレンジアミンと1,12−ドデカン二酸とから成る等モル混合物20モル%とから、1.85のηrelで先行技術に従って製造した。
微結晶融点Tm:155℃
溶融エンタルピー:42J/g
比較例3:
コポリアミドを、ラウリンラクタム85モル%と、イソホロンジアミン7.5モル%と、1,12−ドデカン二酸7.5モル%とから、相対溶液粘度ηrel1.85で先行技術に従って製造した。
微結晶融点Tm:158℃
溶融エンタルピー:54J/g
比較例4:
ホモポリアミドをラウリンラクタムからηrel1.95で製造した。
微結晶融点Tm:178℃
溶融エンタルピー:73J/g
実施例3:
PA1010+PA12 30/70質量%から成るブレンド
実施例1及び比較例4からの粒質物を、ヘキサメチレン−ビス(3,5−tert.−ブチル−ヒドロキシ−フェニルケイ皮酸)アミド(Ciba Additives GmbH社のIRGANOX 1098(R))0.5質量%と混合し、バレル温度250℃及び回転速度250rpmでWerner & Pfleiderer ZSK 30型の二軸スクリュー押出機で溶融した。
微結晶融点Tm:171℃及び190℃
溶融エンタルピー:65J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:1.96
実施例4〜7:
実施例3と同様に以下のブレンドを製造した:
実施例3と同様に、相対溶液粘度ηrel1.80の実施例2のPA1010とPA11とからの以下のブレンドを製造した:
Claims (12)
- a)ラクタムないし少なくとも10個のC原子を有するアミノカルボン酸から得ることができるPA11又はPA12から選択されるポリアミド 最大90質量部;及び
b)PA1010 10〜100質量部;
を含有するが、但し、成分a)及びb)は補い合って100質量部である、ポリアミド成形材料を含有する、印刷可能であるか又は印刷された物品を製造するための単層又は多層のフィルム。 - ポリアミド成形材料の微結晶融点Tmが少なくとも180℃である、請求項1記載のフィルム。
- ポリアミド成形材料の微結晶融点Tmが少なくとも190℃である、請求項1又は2記載のフィルム。
- ポリアミド成形材料の微結晶融点Tmが少なくとも195℃である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 0.02〜1.2mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリアミド、コポリアミド、定着剤並びにこれらの混合物の群から選択された下方に位置する1つ以上の他の層を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 下方に位置する層の1つが透明か又は不透明に着色されている、請求項6記載のフィルム。
- スキー又はスノーボードのための上部被覆である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 多層フィルムであり、かつ請求項1記載の成形材料から成る層が0.01〜0.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のフィルムと支持体とから構成された複合部材。
- 自動車の内部空間の部材又は自動車の車体部材である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフィルムと支持体とから構成された複合部材。
- 請求項10又は11記載の複合部材の製造法において、複合部材を、接着、背面射出成形、同時押出成形、圧縮、積層、背面圧縮成形又は背面発泡成形により、並びに場合により後続の変形により製造することを特徴とする、複合部材の製造法。
