Abstract

Claims (6)
- 베이스 오일(base oil)과 증점제(thickener)를 포함하며,베이스 오일 중에 존재하는 에스테르유의 비율이 50 질량% 이상이고, 지방족 탄화수소 말단기를 갖고, 금속을 포함하지 않는 화합물을 포함하는 증점제를 20 질량% 이상 포함하며, 혼화 정도가 220 내지 300인, 직동 안내 장치용 그리스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 탄화수소 말단기를 갖고, 금속을 포함하지 않는 화합물이 지방족 디우레아 화합물인 그리스 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 탄화수소 말단기를 갖는 디우레아 화합물이 화학식 R1NHCONHR2NHCONHR3(식 중, R1 및 R3은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 12 내지 24의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R2는 탄소수 6 내지 13의 2가 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 그리스 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스테르유가 하기 화학식 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 그리스 조성물.(1) R4OCO(CH2)nCOOR5(식 중, R4 및 R5는 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 3 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, n은 3 내지 12를 나타냄)로 표시되는 디에스테르계 합성유,(2) C2H5C(CH2OCOR6)3(식 중, 3개의 R6은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 트리에스테르계 합성유,(3) C(CH2OCOR7)4(식 중, 4개의 R7은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타냄)로 표시되는 테트라에스테르계 합성유,(4) C(CH2OCOR8)3CH2OCH2C(CH2OCOR8)3(식 중, 6개의 R8은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 디펜타에리트리톨계 합성유, 및(5) 다른 네온펜틸폴리올에스테르계 합성유.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직동 안내 장치가 직동 가이드, 볼 나사(screw), 직동 볼 베어링(bearing) 또는 볼 스플라인(spline)인 그리스 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 그리스 조성물을 포함하는 직동 안내 장치.
