Claims (20)
- 비섬유로된 외피(12), 및 상기 외피의 내측에 제공되어 상기 외피를 강화하는 섬유로 보강된 지지층(16)을 포함하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재에 있어서, 상기 외피(12)의 반대쪽을 향하는 지지층(16)의 측면에 섬유로 보강된 강화층(18)이 형성되어 상기 지지층(16)을 강화하며, 상기 강화층은 상기 지지층보다 높은 섬유농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복합부재(10)는 루프 모듈의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16)의 기본물질은 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16)은 장섬유투입에 의하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외피(12)는 상기 지지층(16)에 후면 주입 또는 후면 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프 용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외피는 플라스틱층 또는 알루미늄이나 강철층인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16) 내의 섬유농도는 실질적으로 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16)의 섬유농도는 10중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강화층(18)은 유리섬유 매트로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유 매트의 단위 면적당 매스는 225 내지 450 g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유 매트는 폴리우레탄으로 포화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강화층(18)의 기본물질은 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 강화층(18)은 장섬유투입에 의하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강화층(18) 내의 섬유농도는 실질적으로 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강화층(18)의 섬유농도는 30중량% 보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 전술한 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유(14)는 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재.
- 비섬유로된 외피(12)가 상기 외피를 강화하기 위하여 상기 외피의 내측에 섬 유로 보강된 지지층(16)을 포함하는 복합부재(10)의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16)은 상기 지지층(16)의 강화를 위해 상기 외피(12)의 반대쪽 측면에서 섬유로 보강된 강화층(18)을 구비하고, 상기 강화층은 상기 지지층보다 높은 섬유농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재 제조 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 외피(12)를 하부몰드 내에 위치시키고, 유리섬유 매트를 상부몰드에 고정시키고, 상기 지지층(16)을 상기 외피에 적층시키며, 상기 상부몰드와 하부몰드를 닫고, 상기 복합부재를 경화시키고, 상기 복합부재(10)를 상기 상하부몰드로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재 제조 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 지지층(16)은 폴리우레탄에 장섬유투입함으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재 제조 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 외피(12)를 툴 내에 위치시키고, 폴리우레탄에 장섬유투입함으로써 상기 지지층(16)을 상기 외피에 적층시키되, 섬유농도가 더 높은 혼합물을 상기 외피의 반대영역에 적층시키고, 상기 툴을 닫고, 상기 복합부재(10)를 경화시키고, 상기 복합부재를 상기 툴에서 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 본체, 특히 자동차 루프용 복합부재 제조 방법.
