Abstract
本发明涉及用于车体特别是车顶的复合构件,具有无纤维的外壳(12)和纤维加强的支撑层(16),支撑层(16)被沉积到外壳的内侧以支撑外壳。依照本发明,支撑层(16)在面向远离外壳(12)的一侧配设有纤维加强的加强层(18)以加强支撑层,其中,加强层包括比支撑层更高的纤维密集度。另外,本发明涉及用于制造这种复合构件的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于如权利要求1的前序部分所述的车体特别是车顶的复合构件及其制造方法。
背景技术
依照前序部分的复合构件例如可以由DE 102 02 911 C1中获知,其中在外壳和支撑层之间的分界面附近区域,在支撑层内配设了中间层,与支撑层的中间层外部的区域相比,中间层中的纤维密集度提高,从而提供了一种具有更高温度稳定性的复合构件。支撑层由聚氨酯构成,聚氨酯通过长纤维注射加强,而中间层也由聚氨酯构成,聚氨酯通过长纤维注射加强或是通过镶嵌附加的玻璃纤维垫形成。
依照前序部分的附加复合构件形成车辆的车顶模块并且设置有聚氨酯的纤维加强支撑层,且聚氨酯中具有均匀分布的纤维,例如由DE102 05 295 A1、DE 102 072 95 A1、US6,378,208 B1以及EP 0 995 667A1和EP 1 384 655 A2中获知的纤维,其中在后两篇文献中还提到作为加强件的通过镶嵌组织或织造或非织造织物的聚氨酯层加强件。
这些复合构件的缺点是为了实现支撑层的足够的稳定性,所需的纤维密集度将导致外壳的非均匀表面,尤其是在热负荷之后。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于车体尤其是用于车顶的复合构件,其中,可以实现外壳的良好的表面质量以及支撑层的足够的稳定性。此外,还提供了用于制造这种复合构件的方法。
该技术问题是依照本发明通过如权利要求1所述的复合构件和如权利要求17所述的进行制造的方法解决的。依照本发明的解决方案具有如下优点:在支撑层中面向远离外壳的一侧上,纤维加强的加强层设置有比支撑层更高的纤维密集度,这样一方面支撑层的纤维密集度可以降低以实现外壳在热负荷之后也具有良好的表面质量,而另一方面加强层提供了复合构件的足够的机械稳定性。
本发明的优选实施例是由从属权利要求产生的。

具体实施方式
在图1中显示了穿过用于车体的复合构件10的剖面图,复合构件10包括无纤维外壳12、在外壳内表面上的支撑层16和在支撑层16中面向远离外壳的表面上的纤维加强的加强层18,其中,支撑层使用纤维14加强。该支撑层充当外壳12的加强件,而加强层18充当支撑层16的加强件。
优选的是,复合构件10是车顶特别是所谓的车顶模块的一部分。在这种情形下,外壳12形成坚固的车顶表面的外侧。
原则上,加强层18具有比支撑层16更高的纤维密集度。在图1的实例中,这是通过在制造过程中将加强层18基本上提供为放置到支撑层16上的玻璃纤维垫来实现的。
用于支撑层16的基底材料优选为通过长纤维注射加强的聚氨酯。
优选的是,外壳12后部注射或后部衬砌有支撑层16。
例如,外壳12是无纤维塑料层或薄的铝或钢板。
优选的是,纤维14被均匀地分配在支撑层16中,其中支撑层中的纤维密集度优选小于重量百分数的10%。
加强层18的玻璃纤维垫优选具有在225和450g/m2之间的每单位面积的质量,其中玻璃纤维垫中充满支撑层16的聚氨酯。
纤维14优选地为玻璃纤维。
复合构件10的制造可以例如如下实现:将外壳12放置到下模中,将玻璃纤维垫固定到相应的上模中,通过在外壳12上在聚氨酯中长纤维注射而沉积支撑层16,闭合上模和下模,硬化复合构件10并随后将它从工具中移除。
在图2中显示了改进的实施例,其中加强层18不由镶嵌的玻璃纤维垫形成而是由长纤维注射加强的聚氨酯层形成,其中,然而将纤维密集度调节成高于支撑层16中的纤维密集度。例如,加强层18的纤维密集度可以大于重量百分数30%,同时加强层18中的纤维14优选基本上均匀地分布。
在这种情形下,支撑层16和加强层18原则上能够在单个工序中生产,其中面向远离外壳的沉积在外壳12上的层中附近区域的纤维密集度提高,因此形成加强层18。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于车体的复合构件,特别是用于车顶,包括无纤维外壳(12)和纤维加强的支撑层(16),所述支撑层(16)设置在外壳的内侧以加强外壳,其特征在于,为了加强支撑层(16),纤维加强的加强层(18)设置在支撑层的面向远离外壳(12)的一侧,其中所述加强层包括比支撑层更高的纤维密集度。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述复合构件(10)是车顶模块的一部分。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)的基底材料是聚氨酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)通过长纤维注射制成。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述外壳(12)后部注射或后部衬砌有支撑层(16)。
6.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述外壳是塑料层或铝或钢层。
7.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)中的纤维密集度基本上是均匀的。
8.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)中的纤维密集度小于10%的重量百分数。
9.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述加强层(18)由玻璃纤维垫形成。
10.如权利要求9所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维垫具有在225和450g/m2之间的每单位面积质量。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维垫中充满聚氨酯。
12.如权利要求1至8之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述加强层(18)的基底材料是聚氨酯。
13.如权利要求12所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述加强层(18)通过长纤维注射制成。
14.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述加强层(18)中的纤维密集度基本上是均匀的。
15.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述加强层(18)中的纤维密集度大于30%的重量百分数。
16.如上述权利要求之一所述的复合构件,其特征在于,所述纤维(14)是玻璃纤维。
17.一种用于制造车体的复合构件的方法,特别是用于制造车顶,其中无纤维的外壳(12)在其内侧设置有纤维加强的支撑层(16)以加强外壳,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)在面向远离外壳(12)的一侧设置有纤维加强的加强层(18)以加强支撑层(16),其中,所述加强层包括比支撑层更高的纤维密集度。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述外壳(12)放置到下模中,玻璃纤维垫固定在上模,支撑层(16)被沉积在外壳上,上模和下模闭合,复合构件被硬化并且复合构件(10)从上模和下模中被取出。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支撑层(16)通过在聚氨酯中的长纤维注射制成。
20.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述外壳(12)放置到工具中,支撑层(16)通过长纤维注射到聚氨酯中而沉积到外壳上,其中,在面向远离外壳的区域中沉积了具有较高纤维密集度的混合物,工具闭合,复合构件(10)被硬化并且复合构件从工具中被取出。
