Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻量化高强度的车身结构,包括车身本体,所述车身本体顶部前后对称设置有前横梁和后横梁,所述前横梁与所述后横梁之间对称设置有第一纵梁和第二纵梁,且所述第一纵梁的外侧面和所述第二纵梁的外侧面均与所述车身本体固定连接,所述第一纵梁和所述第二纵梁之间设置有顶盖,且所述顶盖的前后两端分别与所述前横梁和所述后横梁固定连接。本发明的有益效果为:通过对整个装置的合理设置,该车身结构不仅结构简单,而且具有轻量化、高强度等优点,能够有效保护使用人员的人身安全,并且,该车身结构可有效提高汽车的动力性,减少燃料消耗,降低排气污染,适合大面积推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种轻量化高强度的车身结构。
背景技术
在节能、环保和安全成为当今世界汽车工业关注的重要课题的大背景下,汽车轻量化技术的现实意义是毋庸置疑的。汽车轻量化必须是在保证汽车强度和安全性能的前提下,尽可能地降低汽车的整备质量,有效减少燃油消耗,具有很高的技术含量,而不是简单地降低汽车重量。因为降低了汽车重量,虽然有利于改善汽车制动效果,便于主动安全控制,但是碰撞时整个需要被吸收转移的能量就会减少,影响被动安全性,因此,必须综合考虑各种要素来实现汽车轻量化。现有的汽车顶盖虽然实现了轻量化,但由于设计不合理、结构过于简单,导致其强度大大降低,这严重威胁着使用人员的人身安全,因此在考虑轻量化的同时也有必要关注汽车车身强度的设计。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种轻量化高强度的车身结构,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种轻量化高强度的车身结构,包括车身本体,所述车身本体顶部前后对称设置有前横梁和后横梁,所述前横梁与所述后横梁之间对称设置有第一纵梁和第二纵梁,且所述第一纵梁的外侧面和所述第二纵梁的外侧面均与所述车身本体固定连接,所述第一纵梁和所述第二纵梁之间设置有顶盖,且所述顶盖的前后两端分别与所述前横梁和所述后横梁固定连接。
其中,所述顶盖包括对称设置的第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板顶端通过外蒙皮连接,所述外蒙皮底面设置有加强筋层,且所述加强筋层两端分别与所述第一连接板内侧面和所述第二连接板内侧面固定连接,所述加强筋层底面设置有缓冲气囊,且所述缓冲气囊两侧面分别与所述第一连接板内侧面和所述第二连接板内侧面固定连接,所述缓冲气囊下方设置有里皮,且所述里皮两端分别与所述第一连接板内侧面和所述第二连接板内侧面固定连接,所述里皮和所述缓冲气囊之间均匀设置有若干组片状弹性件,若干组所述片状弹性件两端均固定连接在所述里皮顶面上,且每个所述片状弹性件顶部均与所述缓冲气囊底面相抵,两所述片状弹性件之间均匹配设置有环形弹性件,若干组所述环形弹性件底部均固定连接在所述里皮顶面上,所述里皮底面设置有内蒙皮,且所述内蒙皮两端分别与所述第一连接板底端和所述第二连接板底端固定连接。
进一步,所述车身本体外表面和所述顶盖顶面均设置有防水层。
进一步,所述加强筋层为玻璃纤维加强筋网。
进一步,所述缓冲气囊采用碳纤维增强复合材料制成。
进一步,所述里皮与所述内蒙皮之间设置有防辐射层。
进一步,所述内蒙皮采用织物材质制成。
本发明的有益效果为:通过将顶盖固定连接在车身本体上,可以有效增大受力面积,从而提高了该车身结构的承载力度,进而有效保护了使用人员的人身安全;通过在顶盖内设置缓冲气囊,可以在提高该顶盖承受力的同时,实现了轻量化,从而提高了该车身结构的实用价值;通过在顶盖内设置片状弹性件和环形弹性件,可以进一步提高该顶盖承受力,从而提高了该车身结构的强度及刚度。

如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的轻量化高强度的车身结构,包括车身本体1,所述车身本体1顶部前后对称设置有前横梁2和后横梁3,所述前横梁2与所述后横梁3之间对称设置有第一纵梁4和第二纵梁5,且所述第一纵梁4的外侧面和所述第二纵梁5的外侧面均与所述车身本体1固定连接,所述第一纵梁4和所述第二纵梁5之间设置有顶盖6,且所述顶盖6的前后两端分别与所述前横梁2和所述后横梁3固定连接。
其中,所述顶盖6包括对称设置的第一连接板7和第二连接板8,所述第一连接板7和所述第二连接板8顶端通过外蒙皮9连接,所述外蒙皮9底面设置有加强筋层10,且所述加强筋层10两端分别与所述第一连接板7内侧面和所述第二连接板8内侧面固定连接,所述加强筋层10底面设置有缓冲气囊11,且所述缓冲气囊11两侧面分别与所述第一连接板7内侧面和所述第二连接板 8内侧面固定连接,所述缓冲气囊11下方设置有里皮12,且所述里皮12两端分别与所述第一连接板7内侧面和所述第二连接板8内侧面固定连接,所述里皮12和所述缓冲气囊11之间均匀设置有若干组片状弹性件13,若干组所述片状弹性件13两端均固定连接在所述里皮12顶面上,且每个所述片状弹性件 13顶部均与所述缓冲气囊11底面相抵,两所述片状弹性件13之间均匹配设置有环形弹性件14,若干组所述环形弹性件14底部均固定连接在所述里皮12 顶面上,所述里皮12底面设置有内蒙皮15,且所述内蒙皮15两端分别与所述第一连接板7底端和所述第二连接板8底端固定连接。
在一个实施例中,对于车身本体1和顶盖6来说,所述车身本体1外表面和所述顶盖6顶面均设置有防水层,可以有效提高该车身结构的实用价值和经济效益。
在一个实施例中,对于加强筋层10来说,所述加强筋层10为玻璃纤维加强筋网,可以进一步增加该车身结构的强度和刚度,同时也保证了该车身结构的轻量化。
在一个实施例中,对于缓冲气囊11来说,所述缓冲气囊11采用碳纤维增强复合材料制成,可以进一步增加该车身结构的强度和刚度,同时也保证了该车身结构的轻量化。
在一个实施例中,对于里皮12和内蒙皮15来说,所述里皮12与所述内蒙皮15之间设置有防辐射层,可以进一步提高该车身结构的应用价值。
在一个实施例中,对于内蒙皮15来说,所述内蒙皮15采用织物材质制成,可以在实现轻量化的同时,进一步增加该车身结构的强度和刚度。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过将顶盖6固定连接在车身本体1上,可以有效增大受力面积,从而提高了该车身结构的承载力度,进而有效保护了使用人员的人身安全;通过在顶盖6内设置缓冲气囊11,可以在提高该顶盖承受力的同时,实现了轻量化,从而提高了该车身结构的实用价值;通过在顶盖6内设置片状弹性件13和环形弹性件14,可以进一步提高该顶盖承受力,从而提高了该车身结构的强度及刚度。

1.一种轻量化高强度的车身结构,其特征在于,包括车身本体(1),所述车身本体(1)顶部前后对称设置有前横梁(2)和后横梁(3),所述前横梁(2)与所述后横梁(3)之间对称设置有第一纵梁(4)和第二纵梁(5),且所述第一纵梁(4)的外侧面和所述第二纵梁(5)的外侧面均与所述车身本体(1)固定连接,所述第一纵梁(4)和所述第二纵梁(5)之间设置有顶盖(6),且所述顶盖(6)的前后两端分别与所述前横梁(2)和所述后横梁(3)固定连接;
其中,所述顶盖(6)包括对称设置的第一连接板(7)和第二连接板(8),所述第一连接板(7)和所述第二连接板(8)顶端通过外蒙皮(9)连接,所述外蒙皮(9)底面设置有加强筋层(10),且所述加强筋层(10)两端分别与所述第一连接板(7)内侧面和所述第二连接板(8)内侧面固定连接,所述加强筋层(10)底面设置有缓冲气囊(11),且所述缓冲气囊(11)两侧面分别与所述第一连接板(7)内侧面和所述第二连接板(8)内侧面固定连接,所述缓冲气囊(11)下方设置有里皮(12),且所述里皮(12)两端分别与所述第一连接板(7)内侧面和所述第二连接板(8)内侧面固定连接,所述里皮(12)和所述缓冲气囊(11)之间均匀设置有若干组片状弹性件(13),若干组所述片状弹性件(13)两端均固定连接在所述里皮(12)顶面上,且每个所述片状弹性件(13)顶部均与所述缓冲气囊(11)底面相抵,两所述片状弹性件(13)之间均匹配设置有环形弹性件(14),若干组所述环形弹性件(14)底部均固定连接在所述里皮(12)顶面上,所述里皮(12)底面设置有内蒙皮(15),且所述内蒙皮(15)两端分别与所述第一连接板(7)底端和所述第二连接板(8)底端固定连接。
