Claims (15)
- 가스를 압축된 가스로 압축하고 흡입측을 갖는 압축기, 및상기 가스를 상기 압축기의 상기 흡입측으로 통과시키고 상기 압축기로부터 압축 장치까지 사용을 위해 상기 압축된 가스를 통과시키기 위한 라인 구성을 포함하고,상기 라인 구성은 상기 압축된 가스를 상기 압축기의 상기 흡입측으로 다시 통과시키기 위한 바이패스(bypass)와 상기 바이패스를 통해 유동하는 상기 압축된 가스를 재냉각하기 위해 상기 바이패스에 배치된 팽창기를 포함하는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 탄화수소(hydrocarbon) 가스인 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 상기 흡입측으로 통과되는 가스는 흡입측 온도를 갖고, 상기 라인 구성은 상기 흡입측 온도 보다 높은 온도로 상기 압축된 가스를 냉각하기 위해 상기 압축기의 압력측상에서 냉각기를 가지며, 상기 바이패스는 유동 방향으로 상기 냉각기 뒤에서 상기 라인 구성에 연결되는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기와 팽창기는 기계적으로 결합되는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창기는 상기 가스를 -30℃ 보다 낮은 온도까지 냉각하는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창기는 상기 가스를 -140℃와 -80℃ 사이의 온도까지 냉각하는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 라인 구성은 상기 압축기의 압력측 상에서 6과 50 바아(bar) 사이의 압력을 갖는 극저온 가스 압축 장치.
- 극저온 액체의 저장 중에 발생하는 극저온 가스를 압축하기 위한 시스템을 조절하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 극저온 가스를 -30℃ 보다 낮은 온도로 압축기로 통과시키는 단계와,부가적인 사용을 위해 상기 압축기를 거친 가스를 6 내지 50 바아(bar)의 압력의 압축된 가스로 압축하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 압축된 가스의 적어도 일부는 상기 압축기의 흡입측으로 다시 통과하여 팽창기를 거쳐서 냉각되는 극저온 가스 압축 시스템 조절 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 탄화수소 가스인 극저온 가스 압축 시스템 조절 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 상기 흡입측 상에서 -140℃와 -80℃ 사이의 온도로 라인 구성안으로 도입되고, 상기 팽창기를 통과한 가스는 -50℃ 보다 낮은 온도까지 냉각되는 극저온 가스 압축 시스템 조절 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창기와 압축기는 기계적으로 결합되는 극저온 가스 압축 시스템 조절 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 압축된 가스는 10℃ 내지 80℃ 사이의 온도까지 냉각되고, 상기 냉각된 압축 가스의 일부는 바이패스 스트림으로서 상기 압축기의 흡입측으로 다시 통과하여 상기 팽창기를 거쳐서 부가로 냉각되는 극저온 가스 압축 시스템 조절 방법.
