Claims (4)
- 기판 위를 복수의 토출 헤드가 상대적으로 주사하면서, 상기 토출 헤드에 설치된 복수의 노즐로부터 상기 기판에 설치된 피(被)토출부에 기능액의 액적을 토출하는 액적 토출 방법으로서,상기 주사 방향과 직교하는 직교 방향에서의 상기 복수의 노즐로 이루어지는 토출 영역의 치수가 상기 직교 방향에서의 상기 피토출부의 치수보다도 크며,상기 피토출부 전체가 상기 토출 영역에 포함되어 있을 때에는 상기 복수의 노즐로부터 상기 피토출부에 상기 기능액의 액적을 토출하고, 상기 피토출부 중 적어도 일부가 상기 복수의 노즐의 토출 영역에 포함되어 있지 않을 때에는 상기 복수의 노즐로부터 상기 피토출부에 상기 기능액의 액적을 토출하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 토출 헤드를 사용하여, 복수의 상기 토출 헤드 각각에 설치된 상기 복수의 노즐 중 상기 직교 방향의 양단부(兩端部)에 설치된 노즐의 상기 직교 방향에서의 위치를 상기 토출 헤드마다 어긋나게 한 상태에서 상기 기판 위를 상대적으로 주사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액적 토출 방법에 의해 기능액이 토출된 기 판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
