Claims (13)
- 천장 내에 매립되도록 설치되고, 그 저면에는 실내오염공기를 흡입하는 흡입부와, 실외공기 및 실내오염공기를 실내로 토출하는 토출부와, 상기 실내오염공기를 흡입하여 실외로 토출하는 배기흡입부가 형성된 케이스;상기 케이스 내부에 구비되어 축방향으로 공기를 흡입하여 반경 방향으로 공기를 유동시키는 터보팬;일단은 실외에 설치되고, 타단은 상기 케이스와 연통되게 설치되어, 실외공기를 상기 케이스 내부로 안내하는 급기덕트;일단은 실외에 설치되고, 타단은 상기 케이스의 연통되게 설치되어, 실내오염공기를 실외로 안내하는 배기덕트;상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어, 상기 급기덕트 또는 상기 흡입부로 유입된 공기의 유동을 상기 토출부 측으로 안내하는 공기가이드;상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어 상기 배기덕트측 토출구와 배기흡입부 사이를 구획 짓도록 설치된 차단부;상기 급기덕트와 케이스가 연통된 부위에 구비되어, 상기 실외공기 공급여부를 결정하는 급기댐퍼; 그리고,상기 케이스 내부 중 상기 토출부가 형성된 상단 측에 대각선 방향으로 설치되어, 실외공기 및 실내오염공기를 신선한 상태로 정화시키는 공기청정수단:을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 전면에는 상기 급기덕트와 케이스가 연통된 부위에 급기구가 형성되고, 일 측면에는 배기덕트와 케이스가 연통된 부위에 배기구가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입부는 상기 케이스의 저면 중심 부위에 형성되고, 그 양측에 토출부가 형성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 흡입부에는 필요에 따라 실내오염공기의 흡입 여부를 결정하는 흡입루버가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토출부에는 토출되는 공기의 방향을 조절하는 가이드베인이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 배기덕트 상에는상기 실내오염공기를 강제로 흡입하여 실외로 배출시키는 배기팬이 더 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기청정수단은상기 터보팬을 중심으로 양측에 각각 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 공기청정수단은고성능 집진필터와, 광촉매 그리고, 활성탄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 고성능 집진필터는집진 성능이 좋은 헤파(High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor: HEPA)필터, 혹은 울파 (Ultra Low Penetration Absolute: ULPA)필터가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실외측에 설치된 급기덕트와 배기덕트는 교차되도록 설치된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 실외측에 설치된 상기 급기덕트와 배기덕트가 교차하는 지점에는, 상기 실외공기와 실내오염공기 간을 열교환 시키는 전열소자를 갖는 전열교환기가 더 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서.상기 전열교환기 내부의 급기덕트 상에는 보조급기팬이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 전열교환기 내부의 배기덕트 상에는 보조배기팬이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
