Abstract
Description
즉, 단순히 실내 공기와 실외 공기를 교환하는 환기시스템이 아닌 교환되는 공기 사이에 열교환이 이루어져 에너지 손실을 절감하고, 쾌적한 실내 환경을 유지할 수 있는 열교환 환기시스템과 일체로 공기청정장치가 구비되어 하나의 시스템으로 두 가지의 기능을 복합적으로 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Claims (8)
- 일단은 실외에 설치되어, 실외공기를 실내로 공급하는 급기 흡입부를 가지고, 타단은 상기 실내와 연통되도록 설치되어, 상기 공급된 실외공기를 실내로 공급하는 급기 배출부를 가지며, 상기 급기 흡입부 상에 구비되어 상기 실외공기의 공급여부를 결정하는 급기댐퍼를 가진 급기덕트와;일단은 상기 실내와 연통되도록 설치되어, 상기 실내오염공기를 실외로 배출하는 배기 흡입부를 가지고, 일부는 상기 급기덕트와 교차되도록 설치되며, 타단은 상기 실외에 설치되어, 상기 배출된 실내오염공기를 실외로 배출하는 배기 배출구를 가지고, 상기 배기 배출구 측에 구비되어, 상기 실내오염공기의 배출여부를 결정하는 배기댐퍼를 가진 배기덕트와;상기 급기덕트 상에 구비된 급기팬 및 상기 배기덕트 상에 구비된 배기팬;상기 급기덕트와 배기덕트의 교차하는 지점에 구비되며, 급기와 배기가 열교환되는 전열교환기와;상기 전열교환기 내부에 형성되되, 일단은 상기 배기덕트의 배기 흡입부측과 연통되고, 타단은 상기 배기 배출구측과 연통되도록 형성되어, 상기 실내오염공기를 외부로 배출하도록 안내하는 일반환기유로와;상기 전열교환기의 내부에 형성되되, 일단은 상기 급기덕트와 연통되고, 타단은 상기 배기덕트와 연통되며, 상기 실내오염공기가 순환되도록 구비된 순환유로와;상기 배기덕트와 연통된 상기 순환유로 상의 후방측에 구비되어, 상기 실내오염공기를 정화하는 것으로, 상기 실내오염공기가 유동되는 방향을 향해 설치되며, 상기 순환유로로 유입되는 실내오염공기의 급기량 가변이 가능하도록 하는 보조팬과, 상기 실내 오염공기를 정화시키는 집진부와, 상기 실내에 산소를 공급해주는 산소발생기를 구비하는 공기청정수단:을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 순환유로 상에는상기 실내 오염공기가 외부로 배출시키거나 혹은, 상기 실내로 재 공급되도록 결정하는 개폐수단이 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 개폐수단은상기 순환유로와 일반환기유로가 연통된 부위에 구비되어, 상기 실내오염공기가 일반환기유로 혹은, 순환유로로 배출되도록 결정하는 제1댐퍼와;상기 순환유로와 배기덕트가 연통된 부위에 구비되어, 상기 실내오염공기가 배기덕트로 혹은, 순환유로로 배출되도록 결정하는 제2댐퍼를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 집진부는상기 집진필터와, 광촉매와, 활성탄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 집진필터는 집진 성능이 좋은 헤파(High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor: HEPA)필터, 혹은 울파 (Ultra Low Penetration Absolute: ULPA)필터가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기청정수단에는상기 실내에 향을 공급해주는 향 발생기가 더 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정장치 일체형 열교환 환기시스템.
