Description
Claims (17)
- 사각 판상형으로 형성되어 천장 구석에 설치되고, 그 저면에는 실내오염공기를 흡입하여 실내로 재 공급하기 위한 복수개의 흡입구가 형성되며, 전방측 모서리 양단에는 실내오염공기 및 실외공기가 토출되는 복수개의 토출구가 형성된 적어도 하나 이상의 케이스;상기 각 케이스에 연결되어 공기를 안내하는 분지덕트;상기 케이스 내부에 구비되어, 공기를 강제로 흡입하거나 토출시키는 팬장치;상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어, 상기 분지덕트 또는 상기 각 흡입구로 유입된 공기의 유동을 상기 각 토출구 측으로 안내하는 공기가이드;상기 분지덕트와 케이스가 연결된 부위에 구비되어, 실외공기의 공급 여부를 결정하는 급기댐퍼; 그리고,상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어, 실외공기 및 실내오염공기를 신선한 상태로 정화시키는 공기청정수단:를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트는 엘보우 형태로 형성되어 실외공기를 실내로 안내함을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트는 천장 내부에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트는 실내 외벽을 관통한 상태로 실내에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트의 하단부는 상기 케이스의 상단부와 연결되게 설치되고, 상기 연결된 부위는 급기구가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트와 연결된 상기 케이스내부에는 상기 실외공기가 팬장치 하측으로 유동되도록 안내하는 급기유로가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 팬장치는실외공기 및 실내오염공기를 축방향으로 흡입하여 반경 방향으로 공기를 유 동시키는 터보팬과,상기 터보팬을 작동시키는 팬모터로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 흡입구에는 실내오염공기의 흡입 여부를 선택적으로 결정하는 흡입루버가 설치되고, 각 토출구는 토출되는 공기의 방향을 제어하는 가이드베인이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기청정수단은 팬장치의 하측에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 공기청정수단은집진필터와, 광촉매 그리고, 활성탄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공기청정 겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 집진필터는집진 성능이 좋은 헤파(High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor: HEPA)필터, 혹은 울파(Ultra Low Penetration Absolute: ULPA)필터가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정 겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트는일단은 케이스와 연결되고, 타단을 실외에 설치되어 실외공기를 실내로 안내하는 급기덕트와,일단은 케이스와 연결되고, 타단은 급기덕트와 교차된 상태로 실외측에 설치되어 실내오염공기를 실외로 안내하는 배기덕트:로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 분지덕트의 급기덕트와 연결된 상기 케이스 내부에는 상기 실외공기가 팬장치 하측으로 유동되도록 안내하는 급기유로가 형성되고, 배기덕트와 연결된 상기 케이스 내부에는 상기 실내오염공기를 배기덕트 측으로 안내하는 배기유로가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 저면에는 상기 배기유로와 연결되어 상기 실내오염공기를 흡입하는 배기흡입구가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 실외측에 설치된 상기 분지덕트의 급기덕트와 배기덕트가 교차하는 지점에는 상기 실외공기와 실내오염공기 간을 열교환 시키는 전열소자를 갖는 전열교환기가 더 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 15항에 있어서.상기 전열교환기 내부의 급기덕트 상에는 보조급기팬이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 전열교환기 내부의 배기덕트 상에는 배기팬이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 공기청정겸용 환기시스템.
