Claims (4)
- 폴리에틸렌계 수지를 연신하여 이루어지는 필름으로서,(a-i) ASTM D1922에 준하여 측정되는 MD방향의 엘먼도르프 인열 강도를 Em, TD방향의 엘먼도르프 인열 강도를 Et로 할 때, Em 및 Et가 다음 (식 1), (식 2) 및 (식 3)을 만족하고,20 ≤ Em [N/m] ≤ 3000 (식 1)20 ≤ Et [N/m] ≤ 3000 (식 2)0.1 ≤ (Em/Et) ≤ 3 (식 3)(a-ii) MD방향의 인장 초기 탄성율(TM)이 다음 (식 4)를 만족하고,300 ≤ TM [MPa] ≤ 10000 (식 4)(a-iii) 두께가 5 내지 150 ㎛의 범위에 있고,연신 균일성이 우수한 폴리에틸렌계 필름.
- (A) 하기 성분(I) 및 (II)로 이루어지고((I)과 (II)의 합계는 100 중량부이다.), 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.1 ~ 100 Kg/㎥의 범위에 있고, 밀도가 890 ~ 940 Kg/㎥의 범위에 있는 폴리에틸렌 조성물 50 ~ 95 중량부와,(B) 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.1 ~ 100 Kg/㎥의 범위에 있고, 밀도가 910 내지 930 Kg/㎥의 고압법 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 5 ~ 50 중량부 (성분 (A)와 성분 (B)의 합계는 100 중량부이다.)로 이루어지고, 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.1 ~ 100 Kg/㎥의 범 위에 있고, 밀도가 898 ~ 960 Kg/㎥의 범위에 있는 연신 필름용 수지 조성물.(여기에서 (I) 에틸렌과 탄소 원자수 4 ~ 12의 α-올레핀을 공중합하여 얻어지는 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.01 ~ 10 g/10 분, 밀도가 860 ~ 925 Kg/㎥인 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 5 ~ 95 중량부이며,(II) 에틸렌과 탄소 원자수 4 ~ 12의 α-올레핀을 공중합하여 얻어지는 멜트 플로우 레이트가 1 ~ 100 g/10 분이며, 밀도가 926 ~ 960 Kg/㎥인 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 5 ~ 95 중량부이다.)
- 제 2 항 기재의 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.01 ~ 20 g/10 분이며, 밀도가 940 ~ 980 Kg/㎥의 범위에 있는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(C)이 5 내지 50 중량부 배합되어 이루어지는 연신 필름용 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 연신 필름.
