Claims (13)
- 실린더 내측의 공기/연료 혼합물이 스파크 플러그(14)에 의한 점화에 의해 연소되게 하는 내연 기관(1)용 점화 시기 제어 장치에 있어서,엔진(1)의 작동 상태에 기초하여 실린더 내의 온도 및 압력을 계산(531)하고,실린더 내의 온도 및 압력에 기초하여 노킹이 발생되지 않는 한계 점화 시기를 계산(54)하고,노킹이 발생되지 않는 한계 점화 시기에 맞게 점화 플러그(14)의 점화 시기를 제어(55)하도록 프로그래밍된 프로그래밍 가능한 제어기(50)를 포함하는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동 상태는 현재의 크랭크 각도 그리고 엔진(1)의 흡기 공기 체적을 포함하고,제어기(50)는,흡기 공기 체적에 기초하여 크랭크 각도에 대한 실린더 내의 가스의 발열 패턴을 계산(53121)하고,발열 패턴에 기초하여 실린더 내의 온도 및 압력을 계산(531)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,발열 패턴에 기초하여 특성을 계산하는 질량 연소율을 계산(53123)하고,특성을 계산하기 위해 질량 연소율에 기초하여 실린더 내의 모든 가스가 미연소 가스인 것으로 가정하여 미연소 가스 특성을 계산(53141)하고,특성을 계산하기 위해 질량 연소율에 기초하여 실린더 내의 모든 가스가 연소된 가스인 것으로 가정하여 연소된 가스 특성을 계산(53141)하고,미연소 가스 특성 그리고 연소된 가스 특성에 기초하여 실린더 내의 온도 및 압력을 계산(531)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는 잔여 가스 비율 및 발열 패턴에 기초하여 특성을 계산하는 질량 연소율을 계산(53123)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,엔진(1)의 작동 상태에 기초하여 실린더 내의 연소된 가스에 의한 발열량을 계산(5312)하고,크랭크 각도에 기초하여 실린더 체적을 계산(5311)하고,압축의 시작 시의 실린더 내의 온도 및 압력에 기초하여 냉각 손실을 계산(5313)하고,발열량, 실린더 체적 및 냉각 손실에 기초하여 실린더 내의 온도 및 압력을 계산(5314)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 작동 상태는 현재의 크랭크 각도 및 엔진(1)의 흡기 공기 체적을 포함하고,제어기(50)는,흡기 공기 체적에 기초하여 크랭크 각도에 대한 실린더 내의 가스의 발열 패턴을 계산(53121)하고,발열 패턴에 기초하여 실린더 내의 가스에 의한 발열량을 계산(5312)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,작동 상태에 기초하여 실린더 내의 가스에 대한 대표적인 연소 속도를 계산(521)하고,대표적인 연소 속도에 기초하여 발열 패턴을 계산(53121)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 대표적인 연소 속도는 최대 열효율을 성취하는 점화 시기에서의 값인 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,압축의 시작 시의 실린더 온도, 실린더 압력 및 실린더 체적에 기초하여 열전달 효율을 계산(53136)하고,열전달 효율에 기초하여 냉각 손실을 계산(5313)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는 압축의 시작 시의 실린더 온도, 실린더 압력 및 실린더 체적과, 모터링 중의 실린더 온도 및 실린더 압력에 기초하여 열전달 계수를 계산(53136)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,실린더 내의 온도 및 압력에 기초하여 노킹의 발생의 지시자를 형성하는 노킹 발생 지표를 계산(53)하고,노킹 발생 지표에 기초하여 노킹이 발생되지 않는 한계 점화 시기를 계산(54)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제어기(50)는,노킹 발생 지표에 기초하여 노킹 시의 크랭크 각도를 계산(541)하고,노킹 시의 크랭크 각도에 기초하여 노킹이 발생되지 않는 지체 폭을 계산(54)하고,작동 상태에 기초하여 기본 점화 시기를 계산(52)하고,지체 폭에 기초하여 기본 점화 시기를 지체시킴으로써 노킹이 발생되지 않는 한계 점화 시기를 결정(55)하도록 더 프로그래밍되는 점화 시기 제어 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기본 점화 시기는 최대 열효율을 성취하는 점화 시기인 점화 시기 제어 장치.
