Description
Claims (9)
- 단위 회로에 대응하여 배치되고, 소정 신호를 전달하는 제 1 주신호 배선;배선 폭이 상기 제 1 주신호 배선보다 좁은 제 1 부신호 배선;상기 제 1 주신호 배선과 상기 제 1 부신호 배선 사이에 배치된 제 2 주신호 배선;상기 제 1 주신호 배선과 상기 제 1 부신호 배선에 접속되어 있고, 상기 제 2 주신호 배선에 대하여 걸쳐서 형성 (bridged) 된 제 1 접속 배선; 및상기 제 1 부신호 배선에 접속된 복수의 소자를 갖는 내부 회로를 구비하고,상기 소정 신호는 상기 제 1 부신호 배선을 통하여 상기 제 1 주신호 배선으로부터 분기하여 상기 내부 회로에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,배선 폭이 상기 제 2 주신호 배선보다 좁은 제 2 부신호 배선; 및상기 제 2 주신호 배선과 상기 제 2 부신호 배선에 접속되어 있고 상기 제 1 부신호 배선에 대하여 걸쳐서 형성된 제 2 접속 배선을 더 구비하고,상기 복수의 소자는 상기 제 2 부신호 배선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제 2 주신호 배선은 상기 제 1 주신호 배선과 상기 제 2 부신호 배선 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 부신호 배선은 상기 제 2 주신호 배선과 상기 제 2 부신호 배선 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 부신호 배선 및 상기 제 2 부신호 배선은 상기 제 1 주신호 배선 및 상기 제 2 주신호 배선과 상기 복수의 소자 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 부신호 배선 및 상기 제 2 부신호 배선은 서로 대략 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 주신호 배선과 상기 제 1 부신호 배선 및 상기 제 2 부신호 배선 사이에 배치된 제 3 주신호 배선을 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 접속 배선 및 상기 제 2 접속 배선은 상기 제 3 주신호 배선에 대하여 또한 걸쳐서 형성되고,상기 복수의 소자는 상기 제 3 주신호 배선에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,배선 폭이 상기 제 3 주신호 배선보다 좁은 제 3 부신호 배선; 및상기 제 3 주신호 배선과 상기 제 3 부신호 배선에 접속된 제 3 접속 배선을 더 구비하고,상기 복수의 소자는, 상기 제 3 주신호 배선과 상기 제 3 부신호 배선 사이에 배치되어 있고, 상기 제 3 부신호 배선을 통하여 상기 제 3 주신호 배선에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 주신호 배선, 상기 제 2 주신호 배선, 및 상기 제 3 주신호 배선은 서로 대략 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항, 제 6 항, 또는 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
