Claims (7)
- 온도가 0 ~ 200℃ 및 압력이 0 ~ 10MPa 인, 탄화수소 70중량% 이상으로 이루어지는 성분 (Z) 을 열교환기에 통과시킬 때, 0.01 ~ 100중량ppm 의 비이온계 계면활성제를 그 성분 (Z) 에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면활성제가, 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ] 로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 파울링 방지방법.R1-O-[CH2-CH(R3)-O]k-R2 [Ⅰ](상기 일반식 [Ⅰ] 에 있어서, R1, R2 및 R3 은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 ~ 20 의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ~ 20 의 아릴기 및 탄소수 1 ~ 20 의 아실기에서 선택되고, 서로 동일해도 되고 상이해도 된다)
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌계 화합물이, 하기 일반식 [Ⅱ] 로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.HO-(CH2CH2O)m-[CH2CH(CH3)O]n-(CH2CH2O)pH [Ⅱ](상기 일반식 [Ⅱ] 에 있어서, m, n 및 p 는 평균 반복 단위수를 나타내고, m = 1 ~ 20, n = 2 ~ 50, p = 1 ~ 20 의 범위이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도가 0 ~ 200℃ 및 압력이 0 ~ 10MPa 인, 탄화수소 70중량% 이상으로 이루어지는 성분 (Z) 가 가스상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도가 0 ~ 200℃ 및 압력이 0 ~ 10MPa 인, 탄화수소 70중량% 이상으로 이루어지는 성분 (Z) 가 액체상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 70중량% 이상으로 이루어지는 성분 (Z) 가 1종 또는 2종 이상의 α-올레핀의 (공)중합을 실시하는 중합 반응기에서 빠져나온 것임을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비이온계 계면활성제를 간헐 또는 연속적으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 파울링 방지방법.
