Claims (7)
- 산업용 보일러에서 사용된 하니컴형 SCR 폐 촉매를 0.1M∼1.0M H2SO4, 0.005M∼0.1M N4VO3 및 0.005M∼0.1M (NH4)2WO3을 함유한 혼합액으로 기포유동장치에서 재생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 N4VO3은 0.025M 내지 0.05M의 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (NH4)2WO3은 0.025M 내지 0.05M의 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액은 물: H2SO4 : N4VO3 : (NH 4)2WO3을 97.5 : 1 : 0.5 : 0.5 내지 85 : 9 : 3 : 3의 부피비로 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액은 물: H2SO4 : N4VO3 : (NH 4)2WO3을 95 : 3 : 1 : 1의 부피비로 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴형 SCR 촉매는 이산화티타늄 담지체에 바나듐, 텅스텐, 바륨, 망간 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 20-200 CPSI인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액을 유동물질로 하고 500μm 이하의 크기의 기포를 발생시키며 오염된 기체는 외부로 방출시키는 루프(loop) 형태의 기포유동장치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴형 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
