Description
Claims (9)
- 냉매의 유입부와 배출부가 전지팩의 동일한 면에 위치하고, 상기 유입부와 배출부 간의 냉매 유로는 유입부를 통해 유입된 냉매가 각각 특정한 전지군을 냉각시킨 후 배출부를 통해 배출될 수 있도록 냉매의 유로가 분할되어 있는 것을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지는 리튬이온 이차전지, 리튬이온 폴리머 이차전지 또는 니켈 금속수소 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉매가 전지군 별로 유입되어 냉각순환 후 배출될 수 있도록, 상기 유입부에는 각 전지군을 인접한 전지군들로부터 격리시키기 위한 격벽이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 격벽은 배출부에도 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유입부와 배출부를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 냉매 유도 부재는 전지팩의 상부 또는 하부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 유도 부재는 전지팩의 상부에 형성되어 있고, 냉매의 유로는 유입구로부터 유입된 냉매가 전지팩의 한쪽 측면쪽으로 이동한 후 전지팩의 측벽(a)을 따라 하향 이동하고, 단위전지들 간의 틈을 통해 대향 측면쪽으로 이동한 뒤, 측벽(b)를 따라 상향 이동하여 배출구를 통해 배출되는 경로를 거치도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 시스템은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력원인 전지 시스템에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 시스템은 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력원인 전지 시스템에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩 냉각 시스템.
