Claims (8)
- 염기의 존재하에 화학식(II)의 화합물을 (R) 배열을 가지는 화학식(III)의 화합물과 반응시켜 화학식(IV)의 화합물을 수득하고, 이를 (S) 배열을 가지는 화학식(V)의 화합물과 반응시켜, 필요한 경우 탈보호 후에, 화학식(I)의 화합물을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식(I)의 화합물 및 이들의 약제학적 허용 염의 합성 방법:상기 식에서,R은 수소 원자 또는 벤질 또는 선형 또는 분지형 (C1-C6)알킬 기를 나타내고,G는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드 원자 또는 하이드록시, p-톨루엔설포닐옥시, 메 탄설포닐옥시 또는 트리플루오로메탄설포닐옥시 기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식(II)와 화학식(III)의 화합물 간의 반응에 사용된 염기가 트리에틸아민, 피리딘 및 디이소프로필에틸아민으로부터 선택된 유기 아민, 또는 NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3, K2CO3, NaHCO3 및 KHCO3로부터 선택된 무기 염기임을 특징으로 하는 합성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, G가 염소 또는 브롬 원자, 또는 p-톨루엔설포닐옥시, 메탄설포닐옥시 또는 트리플루오로메탄설포닐옥시 기를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 합성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 화학식(IV)와 화학식(V)의 화합물 간의 반응이 트리에틸아민, 피리딘 및 디이소프로필에틸아민으로부터 선택된 유기 아민, 또는 Na2CO3, K2CO3, NaHCO3 및 KHCO3로부터 선택된 무기 염기의 존재 하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 합성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, G가 하이드록시기를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 합성 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 화학식(IV)와 화학식(V)의 화합물 간의 반응이 N-메틸-N- 페닐-아미노트리페닐포스포니움 요오다이드, 및 암모니움 과염소산과 함께 헥사메틸포스포러스 트리아미드로부터 선택된 활성화 시약의 존재하에 수행되거나, R이 수소가 아닌 경우에 미쯔노부(Mitsunobu) 반응에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 합성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 3차-부틸아민 염 형태의 페린도프릴을 합성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
