Claims (5)
- 희토류 원소를 함유하는 자석 소체와, 이 자석 소체에 형성된 보호막을 구비한 희토류 자석으로서,상기 보호막은, 다결정상의 제 1 보호막과, 다결정상이고 상기 제 1 보호막보다도 큰 평균 결정 입경을 갖는 제 2 보호막과, 다결정상이고 상기 제 2 보호막보다도 작은 평균 결정 입경을 갖는 제 3 보호막을, 상기 자석 소체 쪽으로부터 이 순서로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 자석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 보호막의 평균 결정 입경은 0.5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 자석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 보호막은 기둥형(柱狀) 결정상인 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 자석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 보호막, 상기 제 2 보호막 및 상기 제 3 보호막은 니켈을 함유하는 금속에 의해 각각 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 자석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 보호막 및 상기 제 3 보호막의 평균 결정 입경 은, 상기 제 2 보호막의 평균 결정 입경보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 자석.
