Claims (3)
- 연료 통로를 형성함과 함께 하류측을 향하여 지름이 줄어드는 내주면을 갖고, 상기 내주면에 밸브 자리를 갖는 밸브 시트부와, 상기 밸브 자리의 연료 통로 하류측에 배치되고, 상기 연료 통로로부터 유출되는 연료를 분사하는 분사구멍을 갖는 분사구멍 플레이트와, 상기 밸브 자리에 착좌(seat)됨으로서 상기 연료 통로를 폐쇄하고, 상기 밸브 자리로부터 이좌(unseat)됨으로서 상기 연료 통로를 개방하는 밸브 부재를 구비한 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,분사구멍 플레이트의 판 두께는, 연료 분사 밸브 축심 부근이 두껍고, 외주측이 얇게 되어 있고, 이와 같은 판 두께가 바뀌어지는 단부를 타고넘도록 분사구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분사구멍 플레이트에는 연료 분사 밸브 축심을 중심으로 한 원호 형상의 홈이 형성되고, 이 홈의 지름 방향 내측의 벽을 타고넘도록 복수의 분사구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분사구멍 플레이트에는 복수의 분사구멍이 형성되고, 각 분사구멍의 분사구멍 출구에 대응하여 각각 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
