Description
Claims (22)
- 캐리어에 밀착시킨 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단백질 분해 효소에 의한 처리를 실시하지 않고 지지체로부터 박리되고, 박리 후의 세포 시트의 수축률이 20 % 이하로 유지된 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 기저막형 단백질이 80 % 이상 잔존되어 있는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 데스모솜 구조가 80 % 이상 잔존되어 있는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트 내의 세포 밀도가 2500 개/㎟ 이상인 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트 내의 펌프 사이트수가 3.4 × 109 개/㎟ 이상인 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각막 내피 조직의 일부 또는 전부가 손상 또는 결손된 환부를 치료하기 위한 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 박리하는 시기가 세포가 지지체 표면에서 컨플루언트가 된 날로부터 10 일째 이후인 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치료가 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 환부에 대해 봉합하지 않고 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환부에 피복할 때, 환부의 크기, 형상을 따라 절단된 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트.
- 조직으로부터 채취한 각막 내피 세포를 0 ∼ 80 ℃ 의 온도 범위 내에서 수화력이 변화하는 폴리머를 표면에 피복한 세포 배양 지지체 상에서 배양하고, 배양 후,(1) 배양액 온도를 기재 표면의 폴리머가 수화되는 온도로 하고,(2) 배양된 각막 내피 세포 시트를 캐리어에 밀착시키고,(3) 캐리어와 함께 그대로 박리하는것을 특징으로 하는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 조직으로부터 채취한 각막 내피 세포를 미리 복수회 계대 배양함으로써 총 세포수를 증가시키고, 지지체 표면에 대해 최종적으로 파종 세포 농도가 2000 개/㎟ 이상이 되도록 하여 고밀도로 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 계대 배양이 콜라겐 Ⅳ 상에서 실시되는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머가 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아미드)인 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어의 형상이 중심부를 잘라낸 링 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 박리가 단백질 분해 효소에 의한 처리로 실시되고 있지 않은 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트의 제조 방법.
- 각막 내피 조직의 일부 또는 전부가 손상 또는 결손된 환부에 대해, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 이식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 이식이(1) 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 캐리어와 함께 박리시키고,(2) 세포 시트의 지지체와 접촉하고 있던 반대측 면에 대해, 생체 내의 각막 내피 조직 형태와 동등한 곡률을 가진 지그에 고정시키고,(3) 환부에 지지체와 접촉하고 있던 동일한 면에서 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 피복하고, 그 후, 세포 시트를 고정하고 있던 지그 및 캐리어를 제거하는것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 이식이(1) 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 캐리어와 함께 박리시키고,(2) 세포 시트의 지지체와 접촉하고 있던 반대측 면에 대해, 생체 내의 각막 내피 조직 형태와 동등한 곡률을 가진 지그에 고정시켜 캐리어를 제거하고,(3) 환부에 지지체와 접촉하고 있던 동일한 면에서 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 피복하고, 그 후, 세포 시트를 고정하고 있던 지그를 제거하는것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이식이 환부에 대해 봉합하지 않고 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환부에 피복할 때, 재생 각막 내피 세포 시트를 환부의 크기, 형상을 따라 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치료해야 할 질환이 각막 내피 장애, 수포성 각막증인 것을 특징으로 하는 치료법.
