Claims (10)
- 침입(針入) 프로브식 열기계적 분석 장치를 이용하여, 70 g의 하중 하에 직경 1 mm의 프로브를 다공질 필름 상에 놓고, 실온에서부터 승온 속도 2℃/분으로 이 다공질 필름을 가열하면서 그 두께를 측정하고, 그 때, 이 다공질 필름의 두께가 상기 프로브를 놓았을 때의 두께의 1/2이 될 때의 온도가 200℃ 이상인 다공질 필름을 기재 다공질 필름으로 하고, 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 반응성 중합체에 다작용성 이소시아네이트를 반응시키고, 일부, 가교시켜 이루어지는 부분 가교 접착제를 상기 기재 다공질 필름에 담지시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 분리막(separator)을 위한 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 다공질 필름은 중량 평균 분자량이 적어도 50만인 폴리올레핀 수지와 분자쇄 중에 이중 결합을 갖는 가교성 고무의 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물로 이루어지며, 상기 가교성 고무를 가교시켜 이루어지는 것인 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 중합체가 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기로서 카르복실기 또는 히드록실기를 갖는 것인 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부분 가교 접착제가 5∼80%의 범위의 겔 분율을 갖는 것인 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가교성 고무가 에틸렌-프로필렌-에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원 공중합체인 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가교성 고무가 폴리노르보넨인 접착제 담지 다공질 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 접착제 담지 다공질 필름에 전극을 압착하여 이루어지는 전극/다공질 필름 적층체.
- 제7항에 기재한 전극/다공질 필름 적층체 중의 반응성 중합체에 다작용성 이소시아네이트를 반응시키고, 부분 가교 접착제를 추가로 가교시켜 전극을 다공질 필름에 접착하여 이루어지는 전극/다공질 필름 접합체.
- 제7항에 기재한 전극/다공질 필름 적층체를 전지 용기 내에 도입한 후, 다작용성 이소시아네이트를 함유하는 전해액을 상기 전지 용기 내에 주입하고 가열하여 다공질 필름에 담지시킨 부분 가교 접착제 중의 반응성 중합체를 상기 다작용성 이소시아네이트와 반응시키고, 추가로 가교시켜 전극을 다공질 필름에 접착하여 전극/다공질 필름 접합체를 형성하는 동시에, 이 전극/다공질 필름 접합체에 있어서의 다공질 필름을 분리막으로서 갖는 전지를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 제조 방 법.
- 제7항에 기재한 전극/다공질 필름 적층체를 전지 용기 내에 도입한 후, 다작용성 이소시아네이트를 함유하는 전해액을 상기 전지 용기 내에 주입하고 가열하여 다공질 필름에 담지시킨 부분 가교 접착제 중의 반응성 중합체를 상기 다작용성 이소시아네이트와 반응시키고, 추가로 가교시켜 전극을 다공질 필름에 접착하고, 그리하여, 얻어진 전극/다공질 필름 접합체를 전극/분리막 접합체로서 갖는 전지에 있어서, 상기 다공질 필름은 중량 평균 분자량이 적어도 50만인 폴리올레핀 수지와 분자쇄 중에 이중 결합을 갖는 가교성 고무의 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물로 이루어지며 상기 가교성 고무를 가교시켜 이루어지는 것인 전지.
