Claims (15)
- 기판;제1전극층, 제2전극층 및 상기 제1전극층과 상기 제2전극층 사이에 개재된 유기 발광부를 구비하며, 상기 기판의 일면에 형성된 유기 전계 발광부;상기 유기 전계 발광부를 사이에 두고 상기 기판과 밀봉되는 봉지기판;상기 봉지기판 중 유기 전계 발광부를 향한 일면에 점착층, 투명 고분자층 및 투명 흡습층으로 이루어진 봉지층을 구비한 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 아크릴계 접착제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 고분자층은 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 폴리카보네이트계 고분자, 폴리스티렌계 고분자 또는 아크릴계 고분자로 이루어진 것을 특징 으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 흡습층은 나노 사이즈의 다공성 입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 나노 사이즈의 다공성 입자는 평균입경이 100nm 이하인 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 점착층, 투명 고분자층 및 투명 흡습층으로 이루어진 봉지층을 형성하는 단계;봉지기판에 상기 봉지층을 부착하는 단계;상기 봉지층이 부착된 봉지기판 및 제1전극층, 제2전극층 및 상기 제1전극층과 상기 제2전극층의 사이에 개재된 유기 발광부를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광부가 형성된 기판 중 적어도 하나에 실런트를 제공하는 단계;상기 봉지기판과 유기 전계 발광부가 형성된 기판을 합착하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 봉지층 형성 단계가 투명 고분자층을 제공하는 단계, 상기 투명 고분자층의 일면에 투명 흡습층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 투명 고분자층 중 상기 투명 흡습층이 형성되지 않은 일면에 점착층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 투명 흡습층 형성 단계가 나노 사이즈의 다공성 입자를 용매 및 산과 혼합하여 얻은 졸(sol) 상태의 투명 흡습층 형성용 조성물을 제공하는 단계, 상기 투명 흡습층 형성용 조성물을 상기 투명 고분자층에 도포하는 단계 및 상기 투명 고분자층에 도포된 투명 흡습층 형성용 조성물을 소성하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 나노 사이즈의 다공성 입자는 평균입경이 100nm 이하인 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 이소프로판올. 메틸에틸케톤, 순수, 프로필렌글리콜 (모노)메틸에테르(PGM), 이소프로필셀룰로오즈(IPC), 메틸렌 클로라이드(MC), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 산은 질산, 질산, 염산, 황산, 아세트산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 졸 상태의 투명 흡습층 형성용 조성물 중 용매의 함량은 나노 사이즈의 다공성 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 60 내지 99 중량부이고, 산의 함량은 나노사이즈의 다공성 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 0.1 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 투명 흡습층 형성 단계를 증착법을 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실런트가 열경화성 수지 또는 UV 경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 봉지기판과 상기 기판의 합착 단계를 감압, UV 조사 및 열경화 공정을 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
