Claims (3)
- 기존의 가수분해물중 효모가 가장 높은 CHP 함유량을 보임에 가수분해효소를 첨가하여 효소반응시킴으로써 효모 가수분해물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서 가수분해효소로 플라보자임을 사용하여 양파가수분해물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 플라보자임의 첨가량을 0.5-1.5% 중량%로 하고, pH를 6.0-7.0으로 조정 후 50℃에서 48-72시간 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효모 가수분해물 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가수분해후 CHP의 함량을 높이고자 하는 공정인 알콜추출, 산처리, 활성탄 처리, 한외여과 처리과정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효모 가수분해물 제조방법.
