Claims (16)
- (1) 비교적 연질의 음이온성 점토 화합물을 촉매 작용, 화학 종 흡수, SOx 흡수 및 음이온 교환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 최종 용도에 적합한 형태로 전환시키는 단계;(2) 비교적 연질의 음이온성 점토 화합물을 열처리하여 열처리된 비음이온성 점토 화합물을 생성하는 단계; 및(3) 열처리된 비음이온성 점토 화합물을 수화시켜 비교적 경질의 음이온성 점토 화합물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 비교적 경질의 음이온성 점토화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비교적 연질의 음이온성 점토 화합물의 열처리를 약 300 내지 약 850℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비교적 경질의 음이온성 점토 화합물을 2차 열처리하여 "분해된" 음이온성 점토 화합물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비교적 경질의 음이온성 점토를 약 300 내지 약 850℃의 온도에서 2차 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- (1) 비교적 연질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 촉매 작용, SOx 흡수 및 음이온 교환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 최종 용도에 적합한 형태로 전환시키는 단계;(2) 비교적 연질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 열처리하여 열처리된 비히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 생성하는 단계; 및(3) 열처리된 비히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 수화시켜 비교적 경질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 비교적 경질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비교적 경질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 2차 열처리하여 또 다른 "분해된" 히드로탈사이트 형성 화합물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비교적 연질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물의 열처리를 약 300 내지 약 850℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비교적 연질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 열처리 및 수화 전에 바람직한 물리적 형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비교적 연질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물이 알코아(Alcoa)의 HTC-30® 히드로탈사이트 제품임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비교적 경질의 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 세륨, 바나듐, 플라티늄, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 구리, 크롬, 니켈, 망간, 코발트, 철, 이테르븀 및 우라늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속성 산화제를 함유하는 용액으로 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 황 함유 석유 공급액을 정제시킴으로써 생성되는 SOx의 흡수를 주요 기능으로 하는 미소구체 입자 종의 형태인, 본원의 공정에 의해 제조된 HTL 화합물을 FCC 유닛에서 SOx 흡수제 시스템으로서 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 석유 정제에 사용되는 FCC 유닛에서 사용되는 SOx 흡수제 시스템의 이용 수명을 연장시키는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, SOx 흡수제가 약 0.5 내지 약 10.0 중량%의 미정제 탄화수소 크래킹 촉매/SOx 흡수제 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 미소구체 입자 종이 세륨, 바나듐, 플라티늄, 팔라듐, 로듐, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 구리, 크롬, 니켈, 이리듐, 망간, 코발트, 철, 이테르븀 및 우라늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 SO2 → SO3 산화제 금속을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- SO2 → SO3 산화 촉매 및 SOx 흡수제로 이루어진 SOx 첨가제 시스템의 이용 수명을 연장시키는 방법으로서,(1) 2가지 이상의 물리적으로 구별되는 입자 종의 형태로 SOx 첨가제 시스템을 사용하는 단계로서, 제 1 입자 종이 SO2 → SO3 산화 촉매 성분을 함유하고 이산화황을 삼산화황으로 산화시키는 주요 기능을 수행하며, 제 2 입자 종이 제 1 입자 종과 물리적으로 분리 및 구별되고 SO2 → SO3 산화 촉매에 의해 생성된 SO3 를 흡수하는 주요 기능을 수행하는 단계;(2) (a) 세륨, 바나듐, 플라티늄, 팔라듐, 로듐, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 구리, 크롬, 니켈, 이리듐, 망간, 코발트, 철, 이테르븀 및 우라늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속으로 이루어진 황 SO2 → SO3 산화 촉매; 및 (b) 히드로탈사이트형 화합물, 칼슘 알루미네이트, 알루미늄 실리케이트, 알루미늄 티타네이트, 아연 티타네이트, 알루미늄 지르코네이트, 마그네슘 알루미네이트, 알루미나(Al2O3), 알루미늄 히드록시드, 알루미늄 함유 금속 산화물 화합물(알루미나(Al2O3) 제외), 점토, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 실리카, 점토 및 점토/인산염 물질로 이루어진 금속 함유 화합물의 군으로부터 선택되는 물질로부터 제조된 결합제를 포함하는 입자 종의 형태로 SO2 → SO3 산화 촉매를 사용하는 단계; 및(3) 본원의 "활성화 공정"을 사용하여 제조된 히드로탈사이트형 화합물을 포함하는 제 2 입자의 형태로 SO3 흡수제 성분을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, SOx 흡수제가 약 0.5 내지 약 10.0 중량%의 미정제 탄화수소 크래킹 촉매/SOx 흡수제 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
