Description
Claims (11)
- 수산화칼슘 함유 수성 현탁액에 이산화탄소 가스 또는 이산화탄소 함유 가스를 도입하여 반응시킴으로써 생성된 구형상 탄산칼슘으로서, 그 평균입자경이 10 ㎛ 이상인 구형상 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정계가 칼사이트형인 구형상 탄산칼슘.
- 수산화칼슘 함유 수성 현탁액에 이산화탄소 가스 또는 이산화탄소 함유 가스를 불어넣어 반응시킴으로써 구형상 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 방법으로서,반응개시 후, 탄산화율이 2~10%에 도달한 시점에서 반응액에 수용성 인산 또는 그의 수용성염의 수용액 또는 현탁액을 첨가하고, 저가스 취입량으로 추가로 반응을 행하는 공정(a)와,상기 공정(a) 후, 반응액에 수산화칼슘 함유 수성 현탁액 및 수용성 인산 또는 그의 수용성염의 수용액 또는 현탁액을 첨가하고, 이산화탄소 가스 또는 이산화탄소 함유 가스를 도입하여 반응시킴으로써, 구형상 탄산칼슘을 생성하는 공정(b)를 포함하고, 반응개시로부터 공정(a)의 종료까지를 고속회전하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형상 탄산칼슘의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)에 있어서의 가스 취입량이, 수산화칼슘 1 ㎏당 100 용량% 이산화탄소 가스량으로서 0.1~1.0 NL/분의 범위인 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)에 있어서 탄산화율이 10~30%에 도달한 시점에서 반응액에 희석수를 투입하고, 고가스 취입량으로 반응을 종결시킨 후, 공정(b)를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a) 및 (b)를 pH가 8~13인 염기성영역에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)에 있어서, 수용성 인산 또는 그의 수용성염의 첨가량이, 칼슘과 인의 몰비(Ca/P)로 2~20의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 구형상 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 구형상 탄산칼슘의 안료로서의 사용.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 구형상 탄산칼슘의 화장료로서의 사용.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 구형상 탄산칼슘의 충전재로서의 사용.
