Claims (12)
- 유체, 특히 기름의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는- 서로 이격된 적어도 한 쌍의 전극을 포함하는 센서로서, 이때 상기 센서는 측정될 유체 내에 잠기고, 상기 전극들 및 유체는 커패시턴스가 상기 유체의 유전체 상수의 함수로서 변화하는 측정 용량성 요소를 형성하며, 상기 센서는 상기 유전체 상수를 나타내는 전기적 출력 신호를 제공할 수 있는 상기 센서, 및- 상기 출력 신호를 수신하고 그리고 상기 출력 신호를 바탕으로 상기 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하의 정도를 결정할 수 있는 처리 수단을 포함하며, 이때 전극들은 동일한 평면에서 확장하고, 상기 전극들의 양면은 상기 평면 중 어느 한 면에서 상기 유체 내에 잠기는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 기준 용량성 요소를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 기준 용량성 요소는 서로 이격된 적어도 한 쌍의 기준 전극을 포함하며, 기준 유체에 잠길 때, 상기 전극 및 상기 기준 유체는 기준 용량성 요소를 형성하고, 상기 기준 용량성 요소의 커패시턴스는 기준 유체의 유전체 상수의 함수로서 변화하며, 상기 기준 용량성 요소는 상기 기준 유전체 상수를 나타내는 기준 신호를 상기 처리 수단으로 제공할 수 있고, 그리고 상기 처리 수단은 상기 출력 신호를 상기 기준 신호와 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기준 용량성 요소의 전극은 동일한 평면에서 확장하고, 상기 전극의 양면은 상기 평면 중 어느 한 면에서 상기 유체 내부에 잠기는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기준 유체는 측정될 상기 유체로부터 격리된 둘러싸인 공간 내에 배열되고 그리고 상기 측정될 유체와 열적으로 접촉함으로써, 상기 기준 유체는 측정될 상기 유체와 동일한 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 기준 유체를 담고 있는 상기 둘러싸인 공간은 상기 기준 유체를 갱신하는 시스템과 연계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 갱신 시스템은 상기 둘러싸인 공간과 전도되는 기준 액체 탱크를 포함하고, 상기 갱신 시스템은 상기 둘러싸인 공간 내에 담긴 상기 기준 액체의 규칙적인 갱신을 허용하도록 흐름 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극들은 평판에 의해 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 전극은 다수의 평행 톱니를 갖는 빗 모양을 가지고, 상기 전극들 중 하나의 톱니는 다른 전극의 톱니와 인터디지트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 요소들은 전자기 방해에 대한 차폐물을 형성하는 메탈 프레임에 의하여 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 요소들의 전극들은 식품 등급의 강철로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 요소들의 전극들은 전기적 절연 지지 구조체의 의하여 운반되고, 이때 상기 전기적 절연 지지 구조체는 상기 전극들의 측정 영역과 마주보고 있는 개구부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체의 품질 및/또는 저하를 측정하는 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 측정 디바이스를 추가로 포함하는 요리 기구에 있어서, 상기 요리 기구는 요리 유체 및 가열 수단을 포함하는 큰 통을 포함하고, 상기 측정 용량성 요소는 상기 요리 유체 내부에 잠기도록 상기 큰 통 내부에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 요리 기구.
