Claims (6)
- 제조되는 정전분산능을 가진 고분자 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20 중량부의 반응성 용매에, 제조되는 정전분산능을 가진 고분자 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 5중량부의 리튬염이 용해된 용액의 존재 하에서, 정전 분산능을 가지는 고분자 수지를 중합하는 공정을 포함하며, 상기 반응성 용매는 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 가지며, 일차 알코올기를 함유하는 지방족 단쇄 글리콜 또는 2 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 방향족 글리콜 화합물인 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 용매는 에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판 디올, 1,4-부탄 디올, 1,5- 펜탄 디올, 1,4-시클로헥산-디메탄올, 히드로퀴논 비스(디-히드록시에틸)에테르, 1,6-헥산 디올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 LiN(SO2C2F5)2 , LiClO4 , LiN(CF3SO2)2, LiPF6, LiAsF6, LiI, LiBr, LiSCN, LiSO3CF3, LiNO3, LiC(SO2 CF3)3, Li2S, LiMR4 (여기서, M은 Al 또는 B이고, R은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 아릴기이다.) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전 분산능을 가진 고분자 수지는 폴리우레탄 수지이며, 상기 폴리우레탄 수지의 중합은 디에틸렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판 디올, 1,4-부탄 디올, 1,5- 펜탄 디올, 1,4-시클로헥산-디메탄올, 히드로퀴논 비스(디-히드록시에틸)에테르, 1,6-헥산 디올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 사슬 연장제의 존재 하에서 수행되는 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 사슬 연장제의 사용량은 상기 폴리우레탄의 중합에 사용되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 1몰에 대하여 0.1 내지 15.0몰인 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전 분산능을 가진 고분자 수지는 폴리우레탄, 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에스테르, 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것이며, 상기 고분자 수지의 혼합물은 상기 정전 분산능을 가진 고분자 수지가 다른 합성 수지와 블렌딩되어진 것인 고분자 수지 및 고분자 수지의 혼합물의 제조 방법.
