Claims (4)
- 이소시아네이트 성분으로서 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 폴리올 성분으로서 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 에틸렌 글리콜 및 디에틸렌 글리콜로 구성된 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 그리고 사슬연장제로서 2,2-디메틸올프로필온산을 주로 포함하는 우레탄계 수지 100∼500부, 멜라민계 가교제로서 메톡시메틸올멜라민 10∼50부, 그리고 대전방지 특성을 지닌 무기미립자로 실리카 사면체 시트와 알루미나 혹은 마그네슘 팔면체 시트로 이루어진 1종 이상의 층상 실리케이트 미네랄 화합물 50∼1000부를 첨가하고, 전체 고형분 중량%가 0.2 내지 20인 혼합 수분산 코팅 조성물을 폴리에스테르 필름상에 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 코팅필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 기재 필름으로서는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 그리고 이들의 공중합체 등으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 대전방지성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 코팅필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 수분산 코팅 조성물은 미연신 폴리에스테르 시트를 1방향으로 로울 또는 텐터방식에 의해 60 내지 130℃의 온도에서 2∼6배 연신 시킨 후, 필름의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 면에 코팅시키고, 1단계의 연신 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 70 내지 120℃ 온도에서 3∼7배 연신 시킨 후 170 내지 250℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 한 인-라인 코팅법에 의해 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 표면 위에 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 코팅필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 수분산 코팅 조성물은 폴리에스테르 필름과의 코팅성을 향상시키기 위해 계면활성제를 첨가할 수 있고, 상기 대전방지 특성을 지닌 무기 미립자 이외에 유기 또는 무기입자를 첨가하여 코팅된 필름의 이활성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 코팅필름.
