Claims (7)
- 복열 궤도면을 구비한 내륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 동심으로 배열되고, 상기 내륜 부재의 궤도면 각각에 대응하는 복열 궤도면을 구비하는 외륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재에서의 각 열의 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복열 볼과;상기 각 열의 볼을 유지하는 유지부를 포함하고, 이들 유지부 중 하나의 유지부는 상기 볼을 수납하는 포켓부와 이 포켓부와 일체로 형성된 환형부를 포함하며,상기 하나의 유지부의 환형부는 정밀한 반경 방향 치수를 지닌 간극을 통해 내륜 부재의 견부(肩部)와 외륜 부재의 견부 사이에 배치되는 것인 볼 베어링.
- 대경(大徑)부와 소경부의 상이한 직경을 지닌 궤도면을 구비하는 내륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 동심으로 배열되고, 상기 내륜 부재의 각 궤도면에 대응하고 대경부와 소경부의 상이한 직경을 지닌 궤도면을 구비하는 외륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재의 각각의 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복열 볼과;상기 각 열의 볼을 유지하는 대경부와 소경부 상의 유지부를 포함하고, 상기 유지부 중 소경부 상의 유지부는 볼을 수납하는 포켓부와, 이 포켓부와 일체로 형성된 환형부를 포함하며,상기 소경부 상의 유지부의 환형부는 정밀한 반경 방향 치수를 지닌 간극을 통해 내륜 부재의 견부와 외륜 부재의 견부 사이에 배치되는 것인 볼 베어링.
- 윤활제가 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재 사이의 환형 공간을 통과하는 부분에 사용되는 볼 베어링으로서,복열 궤도면을 구비하는 내륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 동심으로 배열되고, 이 내륜 부재의 각 궤도면에 대응하는 복열 궤도면을 구비하는 외륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재에서의 각 열의 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복열 볼과;상기 각 열의 볼을 유지하는 유지부를 포함하고, 이들 유지부 중 하나의 유지부는 상기 볼을 수납하는 포켓부와 이 포켓부와 일체로 형성된 환형부를 포함하며,상기 하나의 유지부의 환형부는 정밀한 반경 방향 치수를 지닌 간극을 통해 내륜 부재의 견부와 외륜 부재의 견부 사이에 배치되는 것인 볼 베어링.
- 윤활제가 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재 사이의 환형 공간을 통과하는 부분에 사용되는 볼 베어링으로서,대경부와 소경부의 상이한 직경을 지닌 궤도면을 구비하는 내륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 동심으로 배열되고, 상기 내륜 부재의 각 궤도면에 대응하고 대경부와 소경부의 상이한 직경을 지닌 궤도면을 구비하는 외륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재의 각 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복열 볼과;상기 각 열의 볼을 유지하는 대경부와 소경부 상의 유지부를 포함하고, 상기 유지부 중 소경부 상의 유지부는 볼을 수납하는 포켓부와, 이 포켓부와 일체로 형성된 환형부를 포함하며,상기 소경부 상에 있는 유지부의 환형부는 정밀한 반경 방향 치수를 지닌 간극을 통해 내륜 부재의 견부와 외륜 부재의 견부 사이에 배치되는 것인 볼 베어링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외륜 부재에서의 대경의 궤도면측 상의 축방향 단면은 내륜 부재에서의 대경의 궤도면 상의 축방향 단면에 비해, 내륜 부재에서의 소경의 궤도면측에 축방향으로 근접 위치하는 것인 볼 베어링.
- 제5항에 있어서, 대경의 궤도면측 상에 있는 베어링부의 작용선은 소경의 궤도면측 상의 베어링부를 향해 경사진 것인 볼 베어링.
- 윤활제가 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재 사이의 환형 공간을 통과하는 부분에 사용되는 볼 베어링으로서,단일 궤도면을 구비하는 내륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 동심으로 배열되고, 상기 내륜 부재의 궤도면에 대응하는 단일 궤도면을 구비하는 외륜 부재와;상기 내륜 부재와 외륜 부재의 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복수 개의 볼과;상기 볼을 유지하는 유지부를 포함하고, 상기 유지부는 볼을 수납하는 포켓부와, 이 포켓부와 일체로 형성된 환형부를 포함하며,상기 유지부의 환형부는 정밀한 반경 방향 치수를 지닌 간극을 통해 내륜 부재의 견부와 외륜 부재의 견부 사이에 배치되는 것인 볼 베어링.
