Description
Claims (11)
- 폴리올레핀 수지 및 고무 및 /또는 열가소성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 중합체 성분, 및 분말 입자를 포함하고;모세관 유량계(온도: 200℃, 전단 속도: 5,000(ℓ/s))로 측정된 연신 점도(extensional viscosity)가 20 내지 100kPa·s인,폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분말 입자가 활석, 실리카, 알루미나, 제올라이트, 칼슘 카보네이트, 마그네슘 카보네이트, 바륨 설페이트, 아연 옥사이드, 티탄 옥사이드, 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 및 마그네슘 하이드록사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인, 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분말 입자의 입경이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분말 입자가 중합체 성분 100중량부를 기준으로 5 내지 150중량부의 양으로 존재하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물을 발포-성형함으로써 수득될 수 있는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상대밀도가 0.02 내지 0.30인 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,50%로 압착시 반발에 대한 하중(50% 압착강도)이 5.0N/㎠ 이하인 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체.
- 폴리올레핀 수지 및 고무 및/또는 열가소성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 중합체 성분, 및 분말 입자를 포함하고; 모세관 유량계(온도: 200℃, 전단 속도: 5,000(ℓ/s))로 측정된 연신 점도가 20 내지 100kPa·s인, 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체용 조성물을 발포-성형함을 포함하는,폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,고압 기체를 사용하여 조성물을 발포시키는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,고압 기체가 이산화탄소 또는 질소인 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,고압 기체로서 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소를 사용하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체의 제조방법.
