Claims (8)
- 구동원에서 발생하는 진동을 제거하여 구동원의 구동력을 전달하는 구동력전달부와,상기 구동력전달부를 통해 상기 구동원의 구동력을 전달받아 매체의 이송을 수행하는 검지롤러와,중심축을 중심으로 회전되는 베어링홀더에 설치되고 상기 검지롤러에 밀착되는 방향으로 탄성력을 받는 검지베어링과,상기 베어링홀더 사이에 해당하는 상기 중심축에 연결되어 중심축에 발생하는 진동을 흡수하는 댐퍼부재와,상기 검지베어링과 검지롤러 사이를 통과하는 매체의 두께를 상기 베어링홀더의 중심축에 대한 회전값을 기초로 검출하는 두께감지센서를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동력전달부는 매체의 이송을 위한 구동력을 제공하는 구동원에 의해 구동되는 기어열임을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기어열의 최초기어는 상기 구동원으로부터 벨트를 통해 구동력을 전달받음을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중심축의 양단은 프레임에 지지되는 것으로, 상기 베어링홀더와 프레임의 사이에는 연결브라켓이 설치되고 상기 연결브라켓과 프레임에 각각 양단부가 연결되게 복원부재가 설치되어 상기 검지베어링이 상기 검지롤러에 밀착되게 하는 탄성력을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 검지베어링은 상기 매체의 양단과 대응되는 중심축 상에 각각 설치되는 베어링홀더에 자유롭게 회전되게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 매체의 이송을 위한 구동원으로 부터 구동력을 받아 전달하는 기어열과,상기 기어열을 통해 상기 구동원의 구동력을 전달받아 매체의 이송을 수행하는 검지롤러와,이송되는 매체의 양단과 대응되는 위치에 각각 설치되고 중심축을 중심으로 회전되는 베어링홀더와,상기 베어링홀더에 회전가능하게 설치되고 상기 검지롤러에 항상 밀착되는 방향으로 탄성력을 받는 검지베어링과,상기 검지베어링과 검지롤러 사이를 통과하는 매체의 두께를 상기 베어링홀더의 중심축에 대한 회전값을 기초로 검출하는 두께감지센서를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링홀더 사이에 해당하는 상기 중심축에 연결되어 중심축에 발생하는 진동을 흡수하는 댐퍼부재가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
- 제 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 검지베어링의 직경(d)은 상기 매체의 이송방향 폭(w)과의 사이에는 d = 0.2 ~ 0.25w의 관계식이 성립함을 특징으로 하는 매체의 두께검지장치.
