Claims (4)
- CaO를 20질량% 이상 함유하는 내화물제 슬리브를 내장한 연속 주조용 노즐에 있어서,상기 슬리브 외주면 또는 상기 슬리브가 장착되는 부분의 본체 내공 벽면의 일부 또는 전체, 또는 삽입된 상기 슬리브와 본체 내공 벽면 사이에 형성되는 접합부에 대해, 내화성 골재와 바인더를 혼합한 접착재를 바르고, 건조된 접합부 접착재의 기공률을 15~90%로 조정한 연속 주조용 노즐 내공용 내화물제 슬리브의 접합 구조.
- 제1 항에 있어서,기공률은 접착재를 구성하는 용제와 바인더의 증감 또는 충전량을 바꿈으로써 조정한 연속 주조용 노즐 내공용 내화물제 슬리브의 접합 구조.
- 제1 항에 있어서.접착재를 구성하는 주된 내화성 골재가 MgO를 주성분으로 하는 내화성 골재인 연속 주조용 노즐 내공용 내화물제 슬리브의 접합 구조.
- 제3 항에 있어서,접착재가, 입경 0.5mm 이하로 구성하는 MgO를 주성분으로 한 내화성 골재를70질량% 이상으로 하고, 알루미나 및/또는 Al을 포함하는 물질의 1종 이상을 Al2O3으로 하여 30질량% 이하 함유하는 연속 주조용 노즐 내공용 내화물제 슬리브의 접합 구조.
