Claims (4)
- CaO를 20질량% 이상 함유하며 연속 주조용 노즐의 내공을 한정하기 위한 내화물제 슬리브(3)를, 상기 연속 주조용 노즐의 본체(1) 내측에 접합시키기 위한 구조에 있어서,상기 슬리브(3)의 외주면과 상기 본체(1)의 내주면 사이의 접합 영역에, 입도가 0.5mm 이하이고 순도가 95% 이상인 70질량% 이상의 MgO를 주성분으로서 함유하는 내화성 골재 혼합물을 포함하는 접착재를 바름으로써, 접합부(4)가 형성되고,상기 접합 영역 내의 접착재는, 그 접착재가 건조된 후에, 30~75% 의 기공률을 가지도록 조정된 연속 주조용 노즐 내공용 내화물제 슬리브의 접합 구조.
