Claims (8)
- 내연 기관의 이동 밸브 시스템을 이루는 로커 샤프트(1)에 있어서,상기 로커 샤프트(1)의 주된 부분을 구성하는 축 본체(1a)와,상기 축 본체(1a) 내부에 형성되어 상기 축 본체(1a)의 축 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 유로(2, 3)와,상기 축 본체(1a)의 중심선에 대략 직교하는 방향으로 형성되어 상기 복수의 유로를 연통하는 볼트 구멍(6)과,상기 볼트 구멍(6)에 끼워 맞추어 상기 볼트 구멍(6)에 의해 상기 복수의 유로(2, 3)의 연통을 저지하는 부시(8a)를 갖는 로커 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로(2, 3)는 2개이며, 상기 볼트 구멍(6)은 상기 양 유로(2, 3)에 걸쳐서 형성됨으로써 상기 유로를 연통하는 로커 샤프트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부시(8a)가 대략 원통 형상이며, 상기 볼트 구멍(6)의 수직 방향 단면이 C 형상인 로커 샤프트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부시(8a)는 상기 볼트 구멍(6)에 경압입되는 로커 샤프트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 볼트 구멍(6)은 직경이 다른 단차식 구멍으로, 이 단차식 구멍의 단차부(6c)에 상기 부시(8a)가 위치 결정되는 로커 샤프트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부시(8a)의 재질이 알루미늄이면서 또한 얇은 로커 샤프트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부시(8a)가 코팅되어 있는 로커 샤프트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부시(8a)의 재질이 수지이면서 또한 얇은 로커 샤프트.
