Claims (11)
- 용융된 상태로 혼합에 의하여 생성되고 단일벽 카본 나노튜브 (SWNT) 또는 다중벽 카본 나노튜브 (MWNT)로 강화된 중합체 물질로서, 카본 나노튜브는 지지체 및 촉매 입자를 포함하지 않으며, 상기 강화된 중합체 물질은 전기적 성질 및 기계적 성질이 동시에 개선된 것을 특징으로 하는 강화된 중합체 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 물질은 폴리올레핀인 것인 강화된 중합체 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 프로필렌의 어택틱, 이소택틱 또는 신디오택틱 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 것인 강화된 중합체 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 카본 나노튜브는 종횡비가 100 이상인 것인 강화된 중합체 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 부분 정제된 카본 나노튜브의 첨가량은 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1∼20 중량%인 것인 강화된 중합체 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 추가로 배향된 것인 강화된중합체 물질.
- a) 중합체 매트릭스를 제공하는 단계,b) 부분 정제된 카본 나노튜브를 제공하는 단계,c) 용융된 상태로 혼합에 의하여 중합체 매트릭스에 부분 정제된 카본 나노튜브를 분산시키는 단계,d) 용융된 상태로 또는 고형물 상태로 연신시킴으로써 단계 c)의 중합체/나노튜브 혼합물을 임의로 배향시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 강화된 중합체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 전기적 성질 및 기계적 성질의 균형이 개선된, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 강화된 중합체 물질을 제조하기 위한 부분 정제된 나노튜브의 용도.
- 전기 전도율 및 기계적 성질이 개선된 강화된 중합체 물질을 제조하기 위한 완전 정제 및 작용화된 나노튜브의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 강화된 중합체 물질을 사용하여 제조된 자동차, 직물 또는 기타의 적용예를 위한 전기 분산 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 강화된 중합체 물질을 사용하여 생성된 전선 및 케이블용 차폐물.
