Claims (13)
- (조약 제19조하에 삭제)
- 당류를 아크릴아미드 수용액 1ℓ 당 0.1 내지 100 ㎎ 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 당류를 아크릴아미드 수용액 1ℓ 당 1.0 내지 50 ㎎ 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 당류를 아크릴아미드 수용액 1ℓ 당 3.0 내지 19 ㎎ 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양한 생물체를 사용하여 제조한 당류 함유액을 첨가한 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 생물체가 니트릴 히드라타아제 효소를 발현하는 것인 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제6항에 있어서, 니트릴 히드라타아제 효소를 발현하는 것이 미생물인 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제7항에 있어서, 미생물이 로도코커스(Rhodococcus)속 세균인 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 로도코커스속 세균이 로도코커스·로도크로우스(Rhodococcus rhodochrous)인 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 니트릴 히드라타아제 활성을 갖는 생체 촉매에 의해 제조된 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액으로서, 이 아크릴아미드 수용액으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아크릴아미드 용액의 점도가, 상기 아크릴아미드 수용액과 등농도가 되도록 아크릴아미드만을 물에 용해시킨 아크릴아미드 수용액으로부터 얻어지는 중합체의 점도보다 높은 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 중합체.
- 제2항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아크릴아미드 중합체.
- 니트릴 히드라타아제 활성을 갖고 당류를 함유하는 생체 촉매를 사용하여 아크릴아미드를 생산하는 것을 포함하는, 당류를 포함하는 아크릴아미드 수용액의 제조 방법.
